Vampire Savior was popular enough to demand home console ports, and the Saturn port added back all the missing characters from Vampire Hunter alongside Shadow (and a few balance changes). The PS1 port also did the same, adding new features but ruining the graphics of the game due to technical limitations.
Vampire savior 2 isn’t better than vampire savior but I still believe it’s good enough that it should have more actively competitive than it is. I enjoy watching a good pyron player
@Buriki One some minor gameplay tweaks like changing the dark force for each character and the lack of air chain combos. Also they removed specific character endings for every character and everyone fights Jedah as the last boss as opposed to vampire savior where each character has a designated final boss fight. Some characters did get specific extra moves, I specifically like that they gave Lilith an air merry turn in the game
Phyron has to be one of the best animated characters in a fighting game.
I think he’s so sick! I wish he was in Vamp Sav 1 so bad! He’s my absolute favorite to play. He’s so fun in Darkstalkers also on the fastest speed

@@kirkcavenaugh758Phobos and Pyron were cut due to space limitations on the CPS2 board. Donovan wasn’t ever meant to appear Vsavior 1 though.
