I’m on the other side of the spectrum, I hate (cosmetic) plastic surgery but I have a twin who’s a plastic surgeon, who’s pursuing craniofacial surgery and not cosmetic surgery. Because of my sister’s job, I’ve seen countless of botched procedures from doctors promising this that and the other and end up ruining people’s lives in different ways. I can’t imagine feeling so low about yourself that you would risk your life for something that, if not done correctly, can ruin your life and body

@@mags2847 I can understand your feelings on cosmetic surgery since you've seen/heard a lot of the bad side, however majority of people are happy with the work they get done, for a lot of people it helps them feel more like themselves. It's not just them feeling so low about themselves, for the most part excluding BBLs cosmetic surgery is safe, especially given a lot of people do their research and find good Dr's with high success rates. Even if a person is getting cosmetic surgery because they're unhappy with something it's important to note not everyone can be as confident and self-loving as you are, and if they have the money and do proper research why not get something fixed if it makes you unhappy or un-confident? My mother and grandmother got breast surgery because they lost theirs from cancer, because it made them unhappy and like they weren't as feminine, they didn't feel so low about themselves that they'd risk dying, they just wanted to feel normal and not be reminded every single day of those terrible times.
