Some of these characters are good guys from the movies as I wish Ash Williams was in it. Besides, how about Earth 27 image of all characters from the Evil Dead franchise, tv series, and video games like evil dead regeneration?

2.) Deputy Dewey Riley/Billy Loomis(I noticed that Henry "Hank" Loomis is labeled under Sam Loomis as his brother, which would make Billy his Nephew, which could be interesting) and Stu Macher

Don't forget about the leprechaun he's one of them too and just because he's all alone but doesn't mean he isn't included for not one or some of the classic horror films back then was like.
That's all you should exclude the heroes and put more horror villains characters

After Candyman it wasn't necessary to put the final girls and boys. Where is Pennywise? Hellraiser? A lot of iconic Halloween figures missing.
As of now, Pennywise doesn't exist in Earth-27, but Pinhead does, he just hasn't been sponsored meaning no art of him.

You listed several horror movie heroes, but where's Ash Williams or Mia from the remake? Throw in Ellen Ripley (if you add the Xenomorph (which has actual names) and Yautja)) Arkin O'Brien, David Tapp, Zeke Banks, and Chris from Get Out while you're at it.
Maybe next year. You underestimate how long it takes to make this stuff, and how it’s done. Google Earth-27 to see what it is, and how to contribute to the project if you’d like to see more.

He's not really a "horror" character. He's more of an action, drama character with horror aspects. Don't get me wrong, if he was real, he'd be terrifying.
Godzilla (the original) is a living natural disaster, like a tornado or a tsunami.
