Its good he has his main meals in a dining ha. That saves him having to cook every day and he can socialize with all his classmates! I hope he's enjoying his first month there and can start up again on Monday, most people get the flu/covid when they start, so many new people around to catch it from.
This brings back memories. I can't believe it's been over 30 years since I graduated. He may need a tall sturdy bookcase for textbooks and class notes. The shelves need to be tall enough for ring binders. Also, a small file box or even filing cabinet could be useful, with hanging folders and folders. The most useful thing for a student, though, is one of those 4-month calendars that you post up on your wall. You use it to plan your semester (I think you say term in the US), and mark down all the due dates for assignments and exam dates. You get to see your entire semester (or term?) at a glance, and can plan accordingly.
You need curtains, an area rug and posters on the bedroom walls. It will make the space very homey and cozy. Unfortunately it has to be a joint decision to warm up the shared living space. Again posters/wall art, throw pillows, cozy throw blankets, shared tv and video consoles. This can be accomplished without damaging the walls. My cousin did it in her sons dorm room. She was able to convince the roomies on removable wall paper that really changed the look of the area. Good luck in school. .
Move in day! Cool that you got an apartment. Much better than the little dorm with community bathroom. I like that the bedrooms have keys until you know your roommates. Freshman year I had to lug my laundry to the basement. Nice room. You need some decorations now. Stock up on candy for those late nights studying.
Congratulations on your 30th milestone, Do they have Intramural Sports 🏀🏈 on Campus? And do they have Chapel 💒 service on your campus? Blessings and Hugs 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Jesse will do good Jesse don't worry about being a afraid fear is what keeps you strong and you are not weak you are strong it's okay to be afraid when I first went to prison I was scared out of my mind I had to do 5yrs but I made it and you will to just don't get caught up in the party scene and you will make it
Jesse, you will not have the flexibility in classes at NC State that you had in home school. When the instructor gives you a due date for a paper, you either turn it in when it is due, or you will get an F. This will be a huge adjustment for you. You will also have to learn to budget your money.
My son also went to a university near home, and he was able to get his own 1 bedroom apartment on campus, cost me a bit extra but worth it, since my son is like me, bit of an introvert
Esse lugar é na faculdade. E Michele o Jesse tá fazendo faculdade pra que ah senti falta do cobertor de unicórnio. Que ele tem ou tinha .e os seu brincos do Mickey está usando.🇧🇷🇺🇲❤️😘
Best of Life Jesse, Jaiden, Mom and Dad AND of course that Younger home schooler!

Good points!
When Jesse turns in an assignment, the spelling and grammar must be perfect.

I'm from shallotte, North Carolina
Awesome!
Something tells me Jesse not bed maker😂🤔
Haha, nope!
In the room itself, will he be alone or with someone or a couple of people? Best of luck.
He has his own bedroom, the rest of the apartment he shares
@@OurTwinLife That's so cool!
i’m confused. is jesse and jayden attending the same school? is jayden going to be moving into a dorm eventually or is he gonna stay at home?
No they are at different colleges. Jayden might transfer to Jesse's college but isn't sure yet
That would be great if they wanted to share an apartment, my twin cousins did it at ECU and it helped them adjust.
