      yes I have done it before just talk to the dentist beforehand to schedule a time. the anesthesiologist usually only comes in like a few times a month and you book around them.
      my anesthesiologist was kind of a butcher and I remember him being rather bad with the needle and requiring his nurse to find my vein but that has happend to me before.
      woke up to a bit of a bruise on my arm. I was told to use a wheelchair to get to the car (winter in Canada) but within 10 mins of coming to I felt I would have been fine to walk out.
      I have to go in for work again soon and HATE the dentist so I'm pondering GA again... still kind of scared to go under but its better than pain and anxiety in my world.
      probably not a bad way to go if something goes wrong either... I can be a bit morbid but I think it is fair to add as it does linger in the back of my mind.
