Icy Strait point whale watching from Norwegian sun cruise ship - On my first port of the south bound 7 days Alaska cruise from Seward Alaska to Vancouver BC.
I returned to my cruise after visiting the small town of Icy Strait Point, Alaska in the afternoon and happened to see tons of bait fish swimming around our Norwegian Sun cruise ship. I saved $200 from going out on a whale excursion. Instead, I was lucky enough to watch whale feeding and puffing air on my cruise ship FREE.
I was filming from the bow (front) of the cruise ship. whales were feeding in the bay from 2pm to 5pm
