Isla Nublar, another map based on Jurassicpark that is so popular it transcends all three Counter-Strike versions with numerous versions and interpretations of the fictive island available for download.
This one in particular (which, judged from the name is divided in levels across different bsp's) is the finale in a compilation of four levels total. As a result, it's most likely also the longest of them all; a single round takes almost over five minutes to complete. It is, however, very linear, and offers little in the way of traps or parkour. At most, a cable-lift is available for a small shortcut, but it is so fast that only humans can ever use it, and is only used to avoid the risk of standing at a closed gate in the event of an early toggle.
That in turn makes the map somewhat unexciting, especially if server settings aren't adapted to the map. In fact, on this server I have to be honest but say that the VIP weapons against zombies are so outrageously unbalanced that it almost feels like either an admin or server owner is cheating or faking the chance for zombies to get back at humans. I mean, just a few shots from a single 'special' gun literally pushes all zombies off the sides with no or minimal effort...
Regardless, the map itself doesn't feel so amazing as a finale, when zombies have to run all the way through with barely any chance to grab back at humans in choke points that require almost no defending whatsoever, to then only have ONE chance at the helicopter ending to jump on in the unlikely event there aren't VIP-players with insane overpowered, unfair weapons.
Visually, however, it's definitly one of the more interesting maps, so credits to that. It could benefit from branching paths and some longer defending times down in future development.
