- One reporter who's been with the Lori Vallow Daybell case since the very beginning is Nate Eaton with East Idaho News. KSL TV's Mike Headrick got a chance to sit down with him about the day his entire life changed.

Nate has been doing such a great job on reporting the Daybell-Vallow case. I think Nate might be the most knowledgeable person reporting the Vallow-Daybell case.
I agree, he really does seem to be the most knowledgeable, professional and factual reporter on this crazy case.

Their is alot of information that has been released on this case over the last 3 years, bits and pieces and a dedicated and close group of ppl and YT channels and FB pages, have been created to detailing all the evidence that has been released in this case. A few of these YT people are speaking going live w/updates during the trial YT .
@Book Girl Because at least one of the so called wannabe YT crime channels “Hidden True Crime”..is moderated by a professional reporter and her husband a Forensic Psychologist and the commentary and live stream discussions have been valuable and fascinating over the years… For some of us hard cores their has been a devoted community of truth and justice seekers , which also include family members like Larry and Kay Woodcock. Nate, is an awesome Reporter and has done an excellent job reporting, but he is not the only one who is devoted to uncovering the story.
A consummate professional and gentleman. A man with real heart.

It's unfortunate that cameras won't be allowed in the court especially after following it since the beginning & the facts that have come out. But with Nate's coverage hopefully the world will see what this couple have been charged with & be held responsible for the tragic loss of lives.

I have been following this case (from the UK) since almost the beginning - Nate's coverage has been amazing: sensitive, professional, comprehensive. I have so much respect for his work and I am thankful.
I'm from the midwest. I had never heard of Nate Eaton until I started following this story. He just strikes me as being a great guy and an outstanding journalist.

I remember the start of this situation coming up randomly on youtube and have been following it ever since, the horror and sadness I felt when the darling children were discovered and what happened to Charles, the shocks just kept on coming..

Nate is one of those old-school guys that thank goodness, was born 40 years later. His reporting is so on spot for what I'm looking for in journalism. Kudos to the owners of that station for supporting him in the very beginning with his travel and following this case. That organization is a great team. I do hope that Nate stays with this case until the end, and is not picking up by a larger organization. But I just think that Nate would turn them down because he has the heart to stay with this organization that shares his cultural values on what journalism is and should be. I don't know if he'll ever leave there, but if he does, I don't think he'll do it until after both cases are resolved. And if he does leave that organization, I hope he goes to 1 it shares his values on what journalism should be
I'm pretty sure he owns east Idaho news. He left a bigger news station back east to come back to his home in idaho and start east idaho news. I don't think he is going anywhere.

As a viewer from the UK, I watched his coverage from day one. I assumed this guy was a top reporter- he was so professional. I had no idea he was just a local guy

Lori and Chad are so deeply disturbing. Nate captured their shocking disinterest in her missing children. They got his pay out from Tami’s life insurance and were living large on Kauai.
This is a multilevel level course on delusional thinking. Almost everyone around them is engaged in it to some degree. Even now that the bodies prove foul play.
Those who insisted on reality were deemed zombies or evil. They have it backward. Evil is disposing of people that disagree with you.
How can Chad’s kids not see what his actions mean? Why does her mom insist in remembering how Lori used to be, like she’s dead? Why was Melanie still listening to Lori when her family and world was torn apart by their nonsense?
What you think or believe is f’ing important. It’s the difference between letting a family member take custody or killing children in this case. It is not a coincidence they’re all LDS.

Nate Eaton...quite is...."A reporter tuned to the frequency of life itself". Fully responding to fact and the personal side of things. Even in extreme, asking...where are the kids? and willing to speak of prayer, decency in the best hope. What every view chances to see as best outcome. I hold the view, as a father, here is a man, superb and reckoning with each day, as where a real story must be told. Better, dreadful. Hopeful to a future that is not limited by drub excess, drug, mope cesspool. But rather, where the audience lives, breathes, hopes, has family and telling the bits as why, or where there is no best answer.....lets the observer make the decision to interpret for themselves, where shared lives meet.
At the serial homicide Daybell, could it have been Chad was as forecast to meeting the death...persona as hades....as a vision? The lead war doom, a frequency only a monster could hear and act upon?. Keith Morrison, very early on, cited..."things go bad when man usurps god (ad-god) tribal ritual. And it's where Nate, with a
component dignity, belief in self first that creates a vision as likely, best observation, reporting to every day fact. M.

Nate what about young Melanie she should be charged with conspiracy to murder some were down the line surely its a fu up case all-round Chad's children are so odd in denial to say the least and the way the other Melanie acted that lady is the biggest sweetie wife drama queen ever she dident help the police right up until it might have gotten her in trouble what she did to that poor man Charles by helping Laurie is sick the case is so messed up lots of moving parts but onest layed out so condemning obvious crazy absolutely
Why bother with a trial. That bag is in Hawaii with the-nut bag bf probably financing trip with insurance $ from a dead person. Just stick them in prison and be done with it.

I think he's more effective because he lets his heart light show. He is a very good reporter. He maintains a high self standard. But it's his heart for others, his empathy, that sets him apart.
