It's perfect compression for nitrous if you ever wanted to add a two stage NX nitrous kit and put a Maximizer 5 progressive system on it to really dial the nitrous in and control it all through a Holley Terminator Max X ECU to get into the low 8s high 7s if you want and instead of running a 275 you can run a 295 and have plenty of room for it and give it all the beans on both kits and eventually if you really want to go faster there's plenty of room on the 632 for upgrades
Great engine choice, it’s going to be hard to go back to a small block after that one. Imagine putting a short stroke crankshaft and lower compression pistons with a big turbo
Very nice choice for power plant. Tech tip take a latex glove and put on end of transmission and either take tape or zip ties to prevent oil from leaking on ground and making mess.
HELL YEAH BROTHER 632 CUBIC INCHES OF N/A FREEDOM on pump gas so you can just take it to the gas station anywhere you want and fill er up and go down the road and hit the local tracks and put down some good numbers and drive it anywhere you want anytime you want that is what I'm talking about the only thing I would've done differently is I would've went with a TH400 and a Gear Vendors Overdrive behind it so you have overdrive for the highway on them long drives and put one of your shifters in it with the cup holders
I think it would've been more entertaining to put Pete's LS in your project truck. That way you could've showcased all the Motion parts and products . With that said the BBC is real nice like.
I bet that thing cost a fortune. What a waste of money. Everyone knows you can get a $500 junkyard LS and make a thousand hp with just a sloppy stage 2 cam😊. Seriously though. I am so freaking thrilled to see something other than an LS or Lt for a change.
Love the engine choice. I think ls swap the world is getting old. Maybe I’m just old school and like big blocks. I’ll give u 6 months tops befor you put spray on it or a procharger
Old school for old school I love the idea I don't know what gear ratio you're going to run are you going to put a gear vendor overdrive behind it because you said powerglide
This going to be a Race week truck ? I am a bit behind on videos. Thanks for sharing man. Love the tips. Thanks for letting us be a small part of the build. God Bless..
Hell yeah! I was leaning towards just using some of the newer LT stuff with but with a blower, but didn’t know y’all would choose that baller of an engine combo for the crusty OBS! I love it and couldn’t agree more with that decision!
Because they work and are easy. Almost all of our drag and drive cars run glides and we have the least amount of transmission issues of anyone out there
I'm only 7 min in but I have to say I love watching videos from you gents. Motion started from a home-based business and now you've got an empire and are still showing the love for motorsports, family & business via your videos. American dream, fellas. I'm sure it's not always easy but you're living it.
I'm soooooooo happy yall are doing the 632. I wanted you put the new 6.6 iron block and see the RnD because there's not alot of ppl building them. But the 632 is a great platform...I wonder if it fit into a foxbody. Lmao😂
This thing is gonna be awesome!
Needs a tremec magnum behind it now.
I'm here for the top gear rolling burnouts. This things gonna be a bad unit.

Square body Blazer tank will fit in between the frame rails and go behind the axle just a idea since replacing tank anyways
@@Akestlerit would break it fast

Great engine choice! Not everything needs a turbo. (Most things do, but not everything...)
Very nice choice for power plant. Tech tip take a latex glove and put on end of transmission and either take tape or zip ties to prevent oil from leaking on ground and making mess.
Project Nova is MIA
SAD
Thank the Lord on your engine choice. Well played gentlemen!!!
Big orange dream right there. Gonna be awesome, looking forward to hearing it fire up.
Just got your operator shifter for my monster truck. Awesome! Keep up the great work!
I’m glad to see you stepping away from the ls for a min
there great but maybe start adding big block parts to your catalog
Good job guys!!!! Looks like a fun project
For a second I thought there would be a 2JZ in that box. Soooo happy to see big block power in the OBS. Good choice, Doug!
I dont see them going with anything other than v8s with their builds
I agree finally something different than a LS swap. That’s an awesome engine to use.

Love the engine/trans combo AND leaf springs! Love this build!!!!
Can't wait to see it making passes. Really ought to consider TH400 instead of powerglide. It would live longer with the weight of the truck.

When will the burnout competition against Uncle Ronnie be? @Stevie Fast
Powerglide is just a less capable th400. Just cry once and purchase a real man's transmission
Love the engine choice. I think ls swap the world is getting old. Maybe I’m just old school and like big blocks. I’ll give u 6 months tops befor you put spray on it or a procharger
I think I’d have gone turbo 400 instead of power gluide
My friend was pulling a motor like that and broke loose. Chopped his thumb off
My Ranger has a 545 BBF And going to run N/A Oh and ya it's only a 101 inch Wheel Base.
That particular big block choice seems excellent! I really like the coil packs under the intake.
Call up Jimmy Dale. He can set you up with a bullet crossbar nitrous kit.
Leaf springs and a big block. Add some dry nitrous and 🙌
Yes! So happy it’s not a LS. I know they are great and all but they are getting kinda boring.
Old school for old school I love the idea I don't know what gear ratio you're going to run are you going to put a gear vendor overdrive behind it because you said powerglide
No replacement for displacement! #HellYeahBrother
I really don't need anything but def gonna order some parts off motion. Lol
$25k engine in a $500 pickup. Not really an anyone can do it build
You know it's going to be sketchy when you say king of sketch three times in the first two minutes of the video 😂
It's Dull Ride with a Power-Glide!
Bruh thats a very tasteful decision! That is a bad ass motor
10:10 That big block won't bolt up to the V-6 motor mounts.
2.450" Exhaust Valves???? lol...They're actually 2.450" Intake Valves and 1.800" Exhaust. 4.600" Bore.
Yep misspoke
Im so excited for this, little spinkle of juice 😊
I'm sure the Dodge brothers did it the it same way!😂
Doug…look at the camera lens…not your face on the screen!
Can’t wait to see you bang some nitrous through it.😉
Don’t you sell plates to pull engines safely and easily? 😂
Love this build. My dad would have loved to see this.
That was my choice in the last video now name it boomer lol
Fu€k yeah, awesome choice the power plant. Always wanted to see how these bad ass chevy engine perform.
what ever happened the corn cob blazer build
I need that 4L60E if its any good.
What front control arms are those? I need some
Thank God big block goodness
This going to be a Race week truck ? I am a bit behind on videos. Thanks for sharing man. Love the tips. Thanks for letting us be a small part of the build. God Bless..
Doug that OBS rack and pinion from elevated Concepts $1,750😮 I guess if you want to play you gotta pay😅
Very happy to see that bbc!!!!
This truck and engine combo gets my subscription, love this!!
Manual steering with a 632 BBC? We all better start pumping up! 💪🏻💪🏻
More OBS vids pls. 🎉
Awesome choice on the motor!
Great choice. I am looking forward to build and track performance. Thanks
Oh he'll yeah!! A 623!!😮
Hell yeah! I was leaning towards just using some of the newer LT stuff with but with a blower, but didn’t know y’all would choose that baller of an engine combo for the crusty OBS! I love it and couldn’t agree more with that decision!
Digging the older truck project, grew up with this body style in high-school so I have lots of memories
Yes big block 632
HELL YA BROTHER, LOVE IT
Neat stuff. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
Fits nicely into NA big block at rocky mountain raceweek.
Do you know how many people that would want that motor and trans .😢
So did we lol
Awesome going big block love it also hello from Australia 🇦🇺
Old seat belt tied around the exhaust manifold pulls em out good
Im so excited to watch this obs come together. Doug can we go one step further and do twinturbos on this bigbad girl 😂
9.30s is my guess
Take the front cap off in one piece. Only like 8 bolts
Excited about that motor choice!! #BuiltByBo
Support
Did the yellow blazer ever get done? 🤔
I am so excited that it’s getting a bbc
Sick power plant!
Why Power Glide??
Because they work and are easy. Almost all of our drag and drive cars run glides and we have the least amount of transmission issues of anyone out there
truck getting paint???
Heck no
Can’t wait to see it!!
That is super rad!

Hell yeah!!!
This day in age
Multiple gear transmissions
Very expensive engine and use a 2 speed???
Boring
Is there an award somewhere for having more gears?
Great engine. Love the project!
