I wonder if they heard about this from somewhere? This has been done by others who were much older only people were badly hurt. The punishment given should be something they will never forget. Should they also be made to face the people they harmed?
In Cleveland on I-77 near downtown I saw kids Rolling Tires into the highway I followed them to their home and called the police. The police never showed up😠
