The process of adding music when using the Fitbit app for Windows is a little different. You create a playlist within the Fitibit app itself, then using Windows File Explorer, drag and drop tracks from wherever your music is stored into the app playlist. Then sync the playlist. After many hours I have been able to sync music from my own folders and even a playlist from deezer, come back to do some more and the dam watch will not connect, contiually drops out of wifi, 4 hours now and i am ready to stamp all over the thing....completely crap set up system, if I had known about this issue I would not have bought the ionic, utterly frustrating, especially when it works once and repeating the same process does not have the same result
Fitbit needs better instructions for sure. Their so called video instructions show/tell you nothing. Calling customer service is a joke. I spent 30 mins + and they were of no help. Hello Fitbit, you need to train your reps better and do more testing to make sure your instructions are understandable.
