Hey Mr tony....what are good training tips for a sprinter to do in the fall season who doesn't play soccer or football....I know it's not cross country 😉
Great video Coach, I have been an advocate of your techniques for several years. I have an unusual question. I will actually be coaching cross country this fall, but hold your view that slow training slows athletes down. The majority of my runners, boys and girls, also play basketball. What type of training should I do that will help them run the best 5k possible, while at the least helping to maintain speed?
Got to run a lot and get tons of sleep. Get rid of time consuming “warmups” and teach sprinting instead. Do timed 40 flys at least once a week. Train for XC but train speed when fresh.

Speed and X-factor, Mon through Thursday.
Hey coach,
I coach soccer and I want to implement the sprints with my teams. How could we do this mid season with 2-3 games a week?
See my UA-cam, “Atomic Workout”. Replace you warmup with it.

What are your thoughts on hill sprints & parachutes?
@@donnelleeustache4549 We don’t run slow. Sprinting gradual inclines is good.
