with garou pet all u need is 50%-60% ish crit chance and u can pretty much get max crit with garou stack. 150 cd too much ngl u would do just fine with 130+ and change ur accessory to boss dmg for raid/cdr for dim.
you literally dont need crit chance at all for raids at least but i would just focus on ur attack cus all ur other stats are good but since ur using a crit dmg accessory u might wanna change that to a maneuver gear cus its way better than crit dmg acc

kirito is the 3rd best assist right behind garou and madoka the only reason he seems a lot worse is cus of his dps but his cooldown is 60 seconds which means ur getting the 15% buff more often which makes him way better than all of the other boss dmg assists except for garou and madoka bc garou has double the dps and madoka has 3x the dps
