My mother was born and raised in Moultrie. She was born in 1921 and married my dad who was born in Funston in 1919. I spent many summers of my youth hanging out in the downtown area. It's a nice southern town.

I'm from Maryland and I now live in Moultrie and have for the past year. I love Moultrie and he really made us sound bad. And I live down there on the Southwest side where he went thru the nice neighborhood

Sanderson Farms is the only good job in Moultrie for cats that don’t really have high education/trades. Damn good money there a week.

WOW, the Census states the population of Moultrie, Ga is 14,069 and out of that number 5,299 people are employed. If someone were to come in and remodel those houses, who would pay rent or purchase them?

kids don't work, a lot of housewives don't work outside the home ... yet they still count towards the population totals. The unemployment rate in Moultrie is 2.4% ... the US unemployment rate is 3.7%

I must say, you really did not do our town justice. We may not have a lot to offer in industry, because our county is mainly agricultural. Our products are shipped all over the U.S. and abroad and Hispanic workers are the driving force behind that.

Yesterday was my first time there. It definitely was an experience coming from Baltimore. One thing I can say the guys on the farm were very hard workers. I was watching while my truck was being loaded and they were out there in 90 degree weather doing hard labor across a huge field. I grew a different type of respect after seeing that. Also, the arguing with the other person in the car was really annoying and unnecessary and completely takes away any enjoyment you may get from the video. I watched it on mute.
