FOR ANYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOLLOW MY STEPS
1. Click the volume up button ONCE
2. Click the volume down button ONCE
3. And ONLYYYY hold the power button SO LET GO OF THE VOLUME BUTTONS AND ONLY JOLD THE POWER BUTTON

@@swatnct9774 es sencillo, dale una vez al de subir volumen luego al de bajar y por ultimo mantienes el de apagar y tocas la pantalla. El ultimo paso lo haces a la vez, es deci, tocas la pantalla y el de apagar y lo mantienes unos segundos

Tocar 1 vez el botón de subir volumen
Tocar 1 vez el botón de bajar volumen
Y después el botón de power /prender hasta que se apague y salga la manzanita y ya esta

click volume then other volume and straight after power and just keep holding power till phone shuts off and starts again just happened to me and I fixed it like this hope it helps
