@@sharksfan2011 hahaha!! Thanks for watching! I played with my full band tonight with it for the first time (no footage). I was just running through the line out. This thing has so much potential with the vocal effects. I tried running two mics tonight and using a delay on the mic running through the spark. It worked great but I was getting a lot of feedback between songs. I have two different spark foot switches, but I doubt it will let me use one for vocals and one for guitar at the same time. Another option is an AB-Y pedal.
Very cool. I was all set on getting the Spark 2 as a practice guitar only amp… but looking at the Edge now cause I may want to dabble in some vocals in the future. 🤔
@@Regantdarcy for me this immediately made the spark 2 irrelevant. It’s louder, more rugged, has more inputs, and like you said the vocal effects which are a real game changer. I’ve figured out some cool things to do with the vocal effects that positive grid didn’t seem to intend. More videos coming soon!
@@mellowmonsoon278 yes, there are 4 customizable vocal presets out of the box. 1 is a dry speaking tone, 2&3 have light reverb, and 4 is a lo-fi sound.
Why is it just look like they're using guitar effects for the vocals lol. It's like the same pedals. And is there an option for a voice doubler using a delay?
@@thefix-itguyreviewer8151 that’s pretty much what it is. They are recycling the same effects at this point. I’m hopeful that they will add harmonies, doubling, and pitch correction. I think you can fake a doubler if you shorten the delay enough. I’ll be posting more videos of how I’m using the vocal effects in ways that positive grid didn’t seem to think of. Be sure to subscribe to see that
“I…..have … become demonitized!” 😂 Nice improv! Thanks for the show n’ tell, I’m going to mess around with my Edge tomorrow. Cheers.
