I used to use Todoist - I did like it, but switched to TickTick a few years back for their Calendar View. Good to know it has a native sync for Notion, that indeed is better
I hear ya! Guilty of this too. One idea is to wireframe the design for a new page on a notepad or simple design tool, and then port to Notion when done. That could help keep more focused on design and function, then aesthetics can come later
