    👉🏻
Korean glass skin is a popular beauty trend in Korea, characterized by clear, radiant, and flawless skin. While achieving glass skin involves a comprehensive skincare routine, healthy lifestyle and more .Here's a breakdown of the benefits of each tip:
    1. Drinking more water💧:
    - Hydration: Water plays a crucial role in maintaining skin hydration. When you drink an adequate amount of water, it helps keep your skin moisturized, plump, and supple.
    - Detoxification: Water helps flush out toxins from your body, which can contribute to clearer skin and a more even complexion.
    - Improved elasticity: Proper hydration can enhance the elasticity of your skin, making it appear more youthful and radiant.
    2. Face steaming for 2 to 3 minutes🧖🏻‍♀️:
    - Deep cleansing: Steaming your face helps open up your pores, allowing for a deeper cleanse. It softens the skin's surface, making it easier to remove impurities, excess oil, and dirt.
    - Improved circulation: The warm steam promotes blood circulation, which can bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin, giving it a healthy glow.
    - Enhanced absorption: Steaming prepares your skin to better absorb other skincare products, such as moisturizers or serums, maximizing their effectiveness.

    - Enhanced absorption: Steaming prepares your skin to better absorb other skincare products, such as moisturizers or serums, maximizing their effectiveness.
    3. Aloe vera and vitamin E mix🍃:
    - Soothing and healing: Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that can help calm irritated skin and promote healing. Vitamin E is known for its moisturizing and nourishing qualities.
    - Hydration and rejuvenation: This mix can provide deep hydration to the skin, leaving it plump and rejuvenated. It can also help improve the skin's elasticity and texture over time.
    - Antioxidant protection: Both aloe vera and vitamin E are rich in antioxidants, which can help protect the skin against free radicals and reduce the signs of aging.
    4. Rubbing gently with ice cubes 🧊:
    - Pore tightening: Rubbing ice cubes on your skin can help temporarily tighten your pores, making them appear smaller and giving your skin a smoother texture.
    - Reducing puffiness: Cold temperatures can constrict blood vessels and reduce inflammation, which can help decrease puffiness, especially around the eyes.
    - Refreshing sensation: Ice cubes can provide a refreshing and invigorating sensation to your skin, leaving you feeling revitalized.
It's important to note that while these practices can be beneficial for many people, individual results may vary👭🏻👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼👩🏿‍🤝‍👩🏻. Additionally, it's always advisable to consult with a dermatologist or skincare professional 🩺for personalized advice and recommendations based on your specific skin type and concerns.

I know right i live in iraqi kurdistan ,in summer it is hell and in winter it gets so cold and dry ,we either have extremely hot or extremely cold weather , we only have summer and winter which makes your skin terrible honestly in summer my skin burns so badly and in winter it also burns due to coldness which makes my skin so dry and patchy .so we live in 45°c or -6°c temperatures and it sucks . i just want spring to actually feel like spring, you know ? is that too much to ask? 😅

*Koreans have glass skin for Korea's weather*

    • @_rose__
      @_rose__  Рік тому +68

Yes, you are correct😃. Our skin is naturally adaptable to different weather conditions. However, this does not mean that individuals from non-Korean backgrounds cannot achieve the same glass-like and smooth skin commonly associated with Koreans. The effectiveness of a Korean skincare routine is not limited to Koreans alone. It can benefit anyone who adopts this approach, as it has the potential to significantly enhance the overall health and appearance of their skin.☺️👍

But most importantly remember, don't try to make your pores invisible because that is not possible for everyone. You can make them appear smaller but they aren't going anywhere coz your genetics decide that. Even in these pictures you can see their pores. So work on achieving clear skin but not poreless skin. And always remember you are beautiful if you think you are and that's what matters. Don't try to look good in others' eyes. Just love yourself ❣️

  • @coochiesl4yer696
    @coochiesl4yer696 Рік тому +8

good video! everyone here please remember that even though someone has said routine doesnt mean it will look the same. video and picture filters make up almost all of the final results. from a dark person to another its even harder because of hyperpigmentation. hyperpigmentation takes months maybe even years to clear up. genetics play a good roll as well, but skin will always be skin. texture is normal on your face and pores will never go away, pores help you more than anything, you can skrink them yes but theyre still on ur face. having clean and healthy diet is the second most likely way to get ur skin looking better other then genetics. don’t beat down on urself when things dont give u the results u want

Except the first, one other all steps can increase the probability of having skin cancer. They help to remove dead skin which will cause the living cells to expose to direct sunlight which is ok, but if it happen regularly it would cause skin cancers. A thin layer of dead skin act as a protective layer for the skin, when dead cells become excessive, you can wash the face which helps to remove excess dead cells. But if it is done frequently, all the dead cells would be rmoved which is not good.

Let me share how I got it (even though I still look like shrek but did achieve that skin)
: wash your face either when you wake up or washing up.(Never put water to get the was wet or form bubbles, just rub it on your palms until it starts forming foam and always pat dry skin rader than scrubbing the towel on your face)
:Appy moisturizer that u already use ( always apply moisturizer right before applying sunscreen)
    :Apply sunscreen .
Do the same for your night time skincare routine.(Sunscreen is optional)
Advice (always do your nighttime skincare atleast half an hour before you go to sleep so that you skin can absorb the products and not the pillows and bedsheet, never touch your face too much or until your hands are thoroughly clean)
Do this for a month and then see the results yourself!!

Also having learnt from experience: Always use a pore tightening mask like a clay mask followed by toner before your moisturising routine, after any kind of steam treatment (including hot baths, jacuzzis, spas). The longer those pores are left in an expanded state, the harder it is too close them back up and the easier it is for them to clog up resulting in breakouts, especially if your genes or skin type make you prone to wider pores and/or acne. I've barely experienced blocked pores because I have dry rather than oily skin, but my pores were significantly widened after continuous steaming with no proper skincare after..(:
