  • Rimstock are a phenomenal UK manufacturing success story, creating high-end wheels for the World's best known brands of supercars.
With orders increasing rapidly, and a bottle neck in their finish machining shop, Rimstock needed an engineering partner that could automate their machining processes - and that's where Matsuura come in.
Following the installation of the Matsuura multi-pallet 4 and 5 axis solutions at Rimstock, the company now boasts an OE of over 90%.
In this video, Adrian Williams - Director of Operations at Rimstock, talks us through their manufacturing process and their investment plans for the future.

@@MTDCNC I do wonder why they don't go for a near net second squeeze to save machining time, but I guess the sheer variety of wheels they produce would make that a bit costly.

@@MTDCNC This article made me wonder why they don't go for a near net 2nd stage of pressing and save many many hours of machining time and swarf.

Out of business in 2023 , poor management, the blight of UK manufacturing industries sunk this company...Williams gone less than a year after this was filmed & the company racking up £20 million debts....shocking incompetence
