Congrats!! I finally quit vaping in June of last year & what helped me is: Percussion 🪇 instruments. I brought little maracas everywhere with me & a little rain-shaker-maker. It helped me pattern interrupt & shift my energy elsewhere. You got this!

01:26 monday : going against the grain/being controversial, has consequences but also brings freedom. Make sure you are doing things that support what you actually believe in and do your best to chill out and avoid explosive reactions.
06:14 tuesday : connecting more with other people whilst not relying on them. A blast from the past could show up in the form of an old friend or acquaintance.
09:35 wednesday : an idea or line of communication between yourself and an authority figure makes you realise how much you don't know. You could have more questions than answers. Low energy, feeling tired.

The big children's hospital in Chicago got their EMR system hacked recently and they had to completely lock it down. Locked parents out of accessing the children's medical records. So I'd give you a full point on that one

I have been an athlete and restaurant manager and physical my whole life. I had a couple of injuries as I was going into my 2nd Saturn return but was managing them and working out and was quite successful.
After the 2nd injection, I went from a highly functioning individual to being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that has taken so much away.
I am now getting back on track in taking my life back physically and no one in my family would believe it but I am quite certain, these things have changed my whole life. I hope everyone is brave enough to stand up and call it as it is. Good job.🙏❤️

Cam, im an RN and I was permanently injured via respiratory issues from 1st vaxx, then, even though my boss and my MD knew what caused it, I was forced to have 2nd one a year later. I barely made it through since then. Lots of lost work, illness, feeling like my life was barely tolerable. I retired this month. I will have to live with this forever. Not everyone had vaxx reactions. Not everyone lived through the terrible vid 19. But, the government and the world powers did a terrible thing to humanity on the level of a world war. Destroying world economy and relations. It was a world war.
It may not mean much, but I'm sorry & I'm praying for you 🙏🙏🙏

maybe it will get better with time...maybe a kind of therapy? yes the concern over the side effects was turned into a reaction of shame, for anyone whi even dared to have questions or hesitation to take it... my roomate is currently crippled from a recent booster.... cannot walk. happened within hours if her booster in december. so...some cases improve..we are hoping she will be able to walk again. her doctor said that she had also seen other lical cases like this as well...because of the politicization of it, we as a public cannot have access to data nor can speak of it in a rational and scientific way.... in a democracy this is absurd.
