    Hey Anne!
I always appreciate your work! Would it be possible for you to discuss about politics in PAs too?
For example, do you think the door to practicing in US will open soon? Is PA profession actively being discussed among ministers? Job prospection in near future?
    Those kind of things!
Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Hi Nate! I actually discuss job outlook (canadianpa.ca/prepa - scroll to the bottom), Canada/US reciprocity on blog (canadianpa.ca/blog).
In summary, right now Canada is trying to establish the PA profession iN Canada. So right now American PAs can practice in Canada, but Canadian PAs cannot practice in the United States. With so limited spots, it would be unfortunate to lose our Canadian-trained graduates to the states (which is a problem in other health care profession too, we call this "brain drain"). So right now, in my opinion, the focus on resources, from an advocacy perspective through the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants and PA programs in Canada is training PAs in the Canadian health care system, and retaining them here to work in Canada.
