Haters always bring up its unibody but never go beyond to why body-on-frame on frame is better. If you're not off-roading it, why wouldn't you want a unibody??
I agree. I've owned a number of trucks over the years from Dodge / Ford / GM / Toyota when I was young. Back then I used to often do manual and blue collar work. Now I am just a suburban dad with older kids wanting some tech, some comfort, some reliability, and utility when I need / want it. Not a huge fan of the look but I am likely going to buy a Ridge Line just on the pure reliability and usefulness for my needs.
This makes me look forward to getting a used 2024 that looks more rugged.
Why not offer a small cab long bed option? More room for carrying stuff instead of rear seating I'll never use would be much more appealing.
I got all that on 2022 ridgeline RTL-E.
I’m pretty sure all future Hondas that have a trailsport edition should have the special feature that the pilot has - trailwatch camera system
I love my 21' Ridgeline. Weird thing about the height of the truck....I've never had so many problems with windshield chips and cracks
I'm working on my 3rd windshield and numerous chip repairs in the last 3 years. My last windshield quote was just over $700 if I want it calibrated to all the lane assist stuff. Is this a scam or what?
Article fails to mention this 6 cylinder is antiquated, still using a timing belt instead of a chain. Subjecting u to high maintenance costs to replace belt and potential engine destruction with a broken belt.
Box in the frame, add a couple of cross members and off a 4Lo on the TrailSport. It’ll be heavier, ride will stiffen, but payload/towing will improve. It’ll still ride and handle better than anyone else.
There's no way that Honda will release a brand new Ridgeline generation for the 2025 model year right after it refreshed the current generation for 2024. 2026 maybe but not one year later.

Another "no news" review that only rehashes the 2024 model, while calling it all new for 2025, Seriously, claiming that the 2025 will now have a 9-speed automatic, that's already in the 2024. How is that "new"? Nothing to see here folks, keep moving on.
Now if only they would stop making them look so stupid I would buy one. I normally only buy Honda's in our family but that truck is ugly and odd shaped. Come on Honda you can do better.
