New genre i discovered i little bit ago. Loving it! I really wanted to share this music with you, i discovered most of these tracks yesterday and put a mix together right away so it's super fresh, @bckpck and me like to call it 'neocumbia'. I think it's worth it and can bring you a lot of peace.
Almost all credits goes to El Búho for his incredible work. I edited a few track pretty heavily so they are deeper and with less vocals (yes i have a problem with vocals) but i left some of them, the good ones. Let me know what you think in the comments!

This mix brings back so many memories for me. In the summer of 2017 I was studying abroad in Viña del Mar, Chile. I remember studying at night in my homestay family's apartment seeing the views of the beach up on the hill and the Andes in the distance while listening to this. It was such a profound feeling. I love the third track. There is some ASMR going on with the drums. Like small rocks falling on wood. Very comforting and warm sound. And thank you for instrumental edit, I also have problem with vocals ;)

If you like this kind of music, you should defo check out the artists under the Argentinian ZZK Records label. Among them, Ecuador's Nicola Cruz is an absolute hero to me... musical genius, the likes of David August or Nicolas Jaar. And Chancha Via Circuito is another bomb (check out his boiler room!).
