They are great axles and the c-hubs, knuckles, CVD's and rear axle shafts are the same as trx4m's, so there's a lot of options if you want to add aftermarket parts.
Yeah every part on them is TRX-4M but the differential gears. I use the Injora brass caster blocks and steering knuckles on mine, bigger screws on the knuckleswhere they turn and they ride/turn on bushings instead of the screws. On my Gladiator I even installed some TRX-4M +5 shafts in those axles and the rear weights that use the two housing end screws where they hold the axle bearings on.
I have purchased those axle shaft and will buy more. They twist off at the first threads for the wheel nut. With 3s islander wheels with the largest tires available at the time.
Yeah, get some mofo😁👍👍 well dang I kinda missed some of it. I was installing the pro light kit in my F150 MT. I was listening to you well I could always go back and watch again. Appreciate you sharing yeah I love mine X 15 nylon they are working great in my Ripper, well catch you on the next one until then peace and chicken grease😁😁👋👋😎
Got mine sitting under my mb24. My only issue is the heavy brass knuckles don’t like my wheels. And the steering link has a lot of play in the balls. Thinking of the 3 flow link and see if that helps solve it.
Hey Ken, when's that Torq MLS coming out? I need a good servo for this new build, and i hate ears! Thanks for this video, just got my nylon X15 in the mail today.
Ugh, i just realized that you said the earless servo couldn't be used, I'll have to rewind to clarify. Is that just for the rear? I really want to get an earless servo with wires out the back for the front servo.
The mls servos should be coming in about a month. And you can only use them on axles that accept a stock style mount, the x15s do not accept a stock style Mount. :(
I love them. Just feel like the overdrive/underdrive compared to stock is a lot. So, if you are gonna try to do that, just make sure the ratio is closer. But yeah, great axles for sure.
i dont think it really matters other than clearance depending on the chassis. One style might be better than the other for a certain chassis for clearance during articulation .

Yeahhhh buddy!

Yeah, they are sweet axles, I got the nylon ones. That’s what’s under my aluminum ripper. I’m here watching 5:39 PM Monday, June 3.👋👋😎
Nice!!! Thanks for watching.

Thanks a ton for listening in the back ground sir!!! I appreciate all your viewership!!
I was very surprised to see all that play vanished on my x15s after bolting up some wheels👍🤠👍
ours still has some play. but not quite as much.. the rears still have a lot though.
CORRECT! The longer screw is for stock 3 link connection 👍
ty!
I use the thicker diff grease from Kyosho to lube up. Something that came with me from the mini z's.
Not a bad idea!
Where did you get the fender flares for the C10? They add a whole new look to the truck.

3flow is amazing!
You need to get some 222 thread locker
Probably not a bad idea.

have you used these axels much? whats your thoughts on them? im looking at super 8s or these since there a 20 % discount at lgrp and 15% at mofo

aluminum mantis links NOW!!! 🤣🤣🤣
On this truck? Lol
Anytime I'm doing driveshaft I hear you say
"phase your driveshaft "
Hahah sorry, I never know how new the viewer is.
How do you feel about the steering servo link being attached on knuckle vs link like that one?

Hell yah!!!
Hardpark, MoFo and LGRP.....I can never make my mind up on a favorite axle. Does anyone else suffer this horrible disorder?😂
ahahha every time i'm thinking about a new build...
Get some MoFo😂
hell yeah! Get it!
