Hello, Dr. Afari Gyan, the best gerrymandering EC chairman for the NDC. Your works will be corrected even if it takes time. You deliberately stacked new constituencies to the disadvantage of the NPP when you were in power. By the way, land is more expensive or of higher value in the urban areas than in rural areas. This ought to mean that urban constituencies.
The points you raised will not wash in court, rules are made to reduce discretionary powers in adjudication. Apply this same principle even in election management and you ought to see the chaos if it was not so. Of course, cancellation of votes for technical questions should be minimal or should not even happen. Why? Because ordinary folks have spoken and decisions by them must be respected. Secondly, they have no control over the vote counting body like the EC . Sanctions on the ineffective EC should never result in the cancellation of votes.
Have a good retirement but know that you gave a huge advantage NDC when created new constituencies in the past.
By the way what do you think of having a fixed number of constituencies but vary the boundaries to take care of population changes. Remember people vote not land. Your take on this will be welcome.

He never said a failed petition should attract😮 sanctions . Why would anybody attribute this to a very honest and thoughtful statement from the former EC chairman when what is said has nothing to do with this. VERY MISCHIEVOUS
