Sir!!! You are on Point. So i majorly underestimated my need to study for this exam. Long story short I spent 72 hours studying for the exam. I used Rita Mulchay Exam Prep, read about half of it then realized i couldn't cram anymore so i went on UA-cam and found your content. In the last 12 hours of studying i focused on your principals and the three steps and PASSED on the 20th December. I am not condoning cramming and neither does Mohammed, i did that to myself and it was miserable the point is, I am confident i wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for you so thank you so much for keeping it simple for folks like me that overthink everything.

I disagree with the answer of the first question. I think, it should be D rather than B as D takes care of continuously improve their processes and communication, ensuring better results in both timely and quality. Answer B just talks about time, not quality.
