Civilians need to know about this, and be concerned at what is being done in our name, and at our expense - with nuclear material being driven the length of the UK on public roads.
That nuclear material is being driven through England and Scotland on public roads - and that this is then being used to threaten civilians around the world with annihilation from the UK's nuclear weapons of mass destruction.
Where I use to live we had Bull finches, a fairly small bright red fronted bird bigger then a robin. They use to breed locally and come to feed on my feeder. After fledging 4 chicks the family of 6 would come feed with the noisy chicks. Week later there where 5, week later there where 4, finally there where 3 and the chick had learned to be silent. We also have a local sparrowhawk. Does this relate to distinctive convoys? Possibly.
It was a roundabout. To make it easier for the convoy to get round and not have to reduce speed (Police will have stopped traffic). This is one convoy where you want to avoid stopping if possible.
Fun fact since 1987 in great britain any thing nuclear/ depleted uranium is nkt moved by road FACT ,these are training exercises just in case and for show
It's neither sacred nor secret - it happens in full view along 440 miles of our public roads from Burghfield to Coulport every 6 weeks or so (and return) - as are the comings and goings of the nuclear submarines and support vessels, easily seen from our shores as they approach Coulport and Faslane - with the latter base just 33 miles from Glasgow - with situation and layout easily seen on Google Maps. It would be more sensitive all round for humanity to get rid of nuclear weapons altogether.
If you stop and think about the contents of those vehicles and the death and destruction that it would cause to innocent individuals, you should be appalled.
Civil nuclear constabulary supposedly exist to protect civil nuclear sites and materials. So officially none of this stuff is for military use. If there were weapons being transported surely we would see the army rather than the police protecting it?

No, Trident is not a less capable system than minuteman. It's far more survivable. Britain is a nuclear target whether or not we have weapons. In the event of a limited war, it makes us less likely to be a target, as proven by the seven days to the river rhine exercise.
Our nuclear armed subs being based at faslane make us a target but somehow American ones wouldn't?
Not the brightest bulb in the shop are you really?
@@BobBobson-q5i I think you've misread something there. Our subs make us a target AND are a waste of money. If the yanks put subs there it solves the cost problem.
If they decline to do so we will still be protected due to the north Atlantic treaty in the case of nuclear conflict, due to the American land based ICBMs.
Let the Americans put their subs in faslane if they insist. We should scrap our subs asap. Even better if they have no subs there at all.
Humans are broken
This country has become very weak socially, so just as well we have some people willing to protect our ways. Not sure how many in this country could cope will Russian or Chinese rule
@fanfeck2844 don't know where to begin with that comment . One day, maybe we'll evolve as a species , where we're not trying to kill each other . Nukes are simply absurd, the weapons of psychopaths.
How many police involved looks like ex prison vans
They are coach built, at huge expense.
Why are you so interested in the activities of a nuclear convoy? I find it disturbing, to say the least.
Why is it disturbing?
@@gliderdan3153 The unneeded interest in what ought to be clandestine operation that should not concern the civilian population is what disturbs me.
Civilians need to know about this, and be concerned at what is being done in our name, and at our expense - with nuclear material being driven the length of the UK on public roads.
@@quitenicepictures. why should I be concerned?
That nuclear material is being driven through England and Scotland on public roads - and that this is then being used to threaten civilians around the world with annihilation from the UK's nuclear weapons of mass destruction.
Not being discreet.
No, but the vehicles are not marked to show dangerous contents.
Possibly.
There driving on wrong side of the road 😂🤦
It was a roundabout. To make it easier for the convoy to get round and not have to reduce speed (Police will have stopped traffic). This is one convoy where you want to avoid stopping if possible.
Thats nato for ya bloody foreigners
@@tom201090 yes, it's a small roundabout and narrow road at that point.
They're*
Fun fact since 1987 in great britain any thing nuclear/ depleted uranium is nkt moved by road FACT ,these are training exercises just in case and for show
for show? what would the purpose of that be
No.
Is nothing sacred? During a time of military sensitivity, dont you think it would be best not to post stuff like this? Am ex military myself.
Ex military but unaware that this is a regular occurrence and happens on public roads. Lol
All the signs leads to War
If you stop and think about the contents of those vehicles and the death and destruction that it would cause to innocent individuals, you should be appalled.
That's the whole point. It's those that possess them and don't think about them that concern me.
Civil nuclear constabulary supposedly exist to protect civil nuclear sites and materials. So officially none of this stuff is for military use.
If there were weapons being transported surely we would see the army rather than the police protecting it?
I guess you'd hope others would consider your life before they pull the trigger on you?
Take another lesbian pill
Have a word with Mr Putin.
Sitting in the front of the Of them lorries is a police officer with a machine gun
Nah. SMG or maybe assault rifles.
See them in bushey watford 2
Oh dear Eddy Stobart could have gone with a lot less fuss and expense.
We wouldn't need Eddie either if the UK Government was not spending billions on nuclear weapons (and their replacement system).
Point taken but if Putin ,N Korea ,China etc did not have them the world would be safer .Sorry Eddie for the dyslexic finger but a dyslexic Rusky finger would be worse.
@@quitenicepictures. tell people like putin who has repeatedly threatened the uk with nuclear destruction and attacked the uk with polonium 210 and novichoc
@@quitenicepictures. The only thing that prevents other countries using them is the fact the West has them, it's called a deterrent for a reason
But think of the bridges that would have been hit. And the bill for that. I think it's best if the MOD handle it.
A truly huge waste of mon just to keep the UK clinging onto its security council seat at the expense of every UK citizen.
