Fully automatic aluminium foil rewinder is designed to covert catering rolls: aluminum foil, kitchen foil,household foil,BBQ foil,cooing foil,silcion paper,baking paper,wax paper,parchment paper,PE coated paper etc.
Easy and operator friendly performance of the rewinder make all operation as simple as possible.
Features：
1.Rewinder may works on 4 stations, doesn’t matter if you product is catering or household rolls.
External diameter depends on customer’s needs
2. All settings may be done from touch screen which is located on side of rewinder that assure full control of converting process whenever operator stands.
3.Flexible accommodation of paper cores in various diameters,like 25mm,30mm,35mm,38mm,40mm etc.
4.Auto rewinding shafts exchanging mechanism provide the nonstop production.
5.Machine equipped with meter counting which can stop the machine automatically when preset length reached.
6.Machine works with steel roller conveyor belt instead of rubber conveyor belt,make the product roll more tidy.
