This video is absolutely one of my favorites. It has practically everything that gives me tingles. It's fast. It has tapping, scratching, rubbing. It has lows and it has highs. It has patterns and it has randomness. About the only thing it doesn't have is far sounds which is honestly ok. I prefer close to the mic for those deeper lows. It really tickles the brain. Sometimes the contrast from near and far sets off tingles but what does it more are those close, deep, low, ear rubs/taps on that silicon. I tingle from head to toe. And then, just as I start getting used to it, a nice little change that's not too abrupt or alarming to keep the good tingles rolling.
Good Luck, Her channel is really great for my stress and anxiety, Try to take your mind off the Stress, It helps if you have books etc that you can take, I've never been on a plane but I know how to reduce stress from a long journey 💖
