Hi Mendel, Yes active 3 is just an LCD display but even it is LCD it is still visible day and night, the deference with MB8 Amoled display is more brighter and clear and sharp. LCD use Liquid Crystal Displays than AMOLED Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diodes that more upgraded AMOLED displays mostly offer better image quality with vibrant colors and true blacks. Personally I bought the Redmi Watch 3 Active.
Mi Band 8 screen was small for me, and also I don't like that shape. If someone needs Bluetooth calling feature, then buy the watch.

Which one is more accurate in active tracking like heart rate, run distance tracking etc..?
They both can help tracking and it gives good result in numbers but it is not 100% accurate for distance tracking, walking, running. Because count are 2, 4 8 and sometimes it is skips it is not 1, 2, 3, 4. For resting heart rate they both okay and SPO2 but always remember this watches are not for medical use, instead go to your doctor. For me for workouts I will use the small one. Hope this help. Hi Husey, thanks for asking. Both have a good for dailly watch with long life battery. Mi band 8 has amoled display with AOD design. Redmi Watch 3 Active good for easy access call for it is support with bluetooth call with built-in mic and speaker. You dont need to get your smartphone into your bag or wallet, you can direct answer call into your watch. That Mi Band 8 dont have. If you want a big screen like apple watch with bluetooth phone call go get active 3. If you want a small band I recommend mi band 8. Thanks hope this help.

Hi Nick, sorry about that, RW4 is a budget range so dont spec to much, but for it's price range this is okay for me. Amazfit gts 4 is more pricey than this one, but for look style and built design redmi 4 is a winner on my opinion love it mine is till working good no issue so far, same with my other redmi smartwatch and band. Yes, xiaomi UI and features are the same they trying to make it uniform and consistent. I think para sakin mas magagamit ko si Active Bluetooth call like apple watch with big display and text and icons. Again that is for my preferences. I used them for my deferent life style and getup, paraeho silang my benefits. Thanks

Hi Ale, they both good but no exact counts, for steps numbers and run exercises. count is skipping and not 100% accurate. MB8 advance for 6 or 8 counts and RW3Active more than 10 counts. Dont expect to much for a budget range. for the price this is okay. Thanks

Hi Sir, need po ba i turn off if di ginagamit. Sample po di ko kasi sya sinusuot pag kauwi ng bahay, then the next day (morning) ko na ulit sua susuotin. Thank you
No need to turn it off ma'am, nag auto off naman yan kong hindi mo gagamitin babaan mo, make the brightness display low yung pinaka mababa niya at off mo muna yung cellphone bluetooth mo para hindi siya maka receive ng notification messages mo to save more battery. But it's up to you pwedi mo rin naman siyang i turn off. But normally ang smartwatch umaabot naman ng 14days bago ka mag charge ulit, ang apple watch lang naman ang isang araw lang or swerti kana sa dalawang araw low bat na he he. Thanks

Hi Rexy, they both good for me, for your question pwedi siya sa strava using mi fitness app pwedo mo siyang i connect. For running on my opinion may okay si MB8 kase hindi kalakihan sa wrist si active malaki siya pero may bluetooth call siya para kahit tumatakbo ka makakausap mo kahit hindi mona ilabas ang phone mo sa bulsa mo. Yes, you can control spotify and youtube using your Redmi Watch Active 3, VOLUME, Next and Back to the next song and movie pause and play. Just turn on your bluetooth and wifi then open the apps play it fist into your smartphone then you can control it with RWActive 3, like what I am doing now. Hope this help and thanks God bless!
How do you find the sleep tracking on the Mi Band 8?
What do you mean, how do you find the sleep tracking? I tested it it's all good with the time tracking, it will show you how manny hours did you sleep .

Hi Akiyu, for me I like more Redmi Watch 3 Active mas modern look at latest siya kaysa RW2Lite. At mas gusto ko style, size and shape ni Active and with bluetooth call the best. That is for me, but its up to you kong anong shape ang gusto mo. Thanks

Hi Kuya, nabili ko siya hindi pa na release/out sa market ang global version, china version siya pero may english language na pagpipilian. Using it for almost 5 months napo till now wala naman pong problem. Yung global version available napo now in any xiaomi physical stores. Thanks

If you want with bluetooth call go with Redmi. But if you are looking for a simple but elegant look with awesome AOD and bracelet look like the best is MB8. You know they both good that you can use in deferent get up. Get them booth the best.
here redmi is more lower the price than mb8, both under 2000 php in about 34 us dollar.
