Taka was good friends with Chester and still very good friends with Mike from linkin Park they have collaborated with artist like sleeping with sirens, 5sos, Avril laving, teddy swims, Ed sheeran, against the current, among others. They are signed by fueled by Ramen. Taka lives in LA but even though he sings in English and lives in the us, his speaking English is still pretty choppy. All the members are in the mid-30s. A lot of their older songs have the verses in japanese and then the chorus in english but they switch it up sometimes. Their newer stuff have a lot of english lyrics in them though.
Loved the reaction, I'd like to suggest ONE OK ROCK - Cry out [Official Video from AMBITIONS JAPAN DOME TOUR] :) Overall, most fans prefer the live versions of the songs from the band.
ONE OK ROCK sings whatever music they feel is good, transcending genres such as punk rock, emo, pop rock, etc. I would recommend "renegades" from their 2023 Japan tour! If the music is not to your taste, don't force me to praise it, I expect honest feedback🍀
