Good plumber but he is surely not an electrician. That is an electrical shock hazard. In my country only one socket is allowed in the bathroom and it should be above the mirror at the basin and it should be protected by a circuit breaker with 10mA leakage current protection, an MCB alone won't protect you from shock or electrocution.
In most parts part of India (except in the very cold Himalayan regions of India...) Vietnam, Thailand, south-Asian countries, middle-eastern countries.. all such plumbing and toilet connections use plastic pipes, plastic fittings and elbow joints now. High class Hotels may use chromium fittings. Ages ago galvanized cast-iron pipes were used as water pipes. Because of high saline content in water copper piping will rust very fast... copper piping is rarely used in India now and copper pipes/ fittings are forbiddingly expensive in these countries. Good plumbers know all this in India too. In most parts of India (except in the very cold Himalayan regions of India) tiny hot water heaters for toilet showers... are not needed.
With all my respect, water pipes and electricity need to be at a ruled distance... Not the case. Sorry to criticize.... Otherwise your work is neat and smart. Saludos.

Illegal in the uk as its a category 5 risk & necessary back flow prevention required especially as the hand set can fall below the water level into a soil appliance 🙈 glad I'm in the uk & these types of install aren't allowed. Seems some countries have no health & safety legislation in place !!
UK had that flammable cladding that added the Grenfell inferno, so I'm not so sure about their safety, Would this be legal in most Euro countries? It doesn't look that difficult for a handyman to install. Do plumbers do this anyway in the UK?
