I went up against a lightweight build dual-wielding the stunguns the other day, I think he used 2 laser drones as well. Didn't matter what build I used, he totally wiped the floor with me! The only thing that worked against him was dual-wielding flamethrowers. I even tried copying his build (with some variations) and did really good against Missile Boats, I was so fast and aggressive that they just couldn't stay away from me, and I was constantly dodging their missiles. I tried to fight the guy who inspired the build with it, but he totally whooped me again. Now that I think about it, do you think a variation of the Bumblebee with Dual Flamethrower's would be nasty, too?
>do you think a variation of the Bumblebee with Dual Flamethrower's would be nasty, too? I do have use a version that's exactly that! It's not quite as effective as the stun guns IMO, but the meme factor of the flamethrowers is high. I call it the Firefly. Might make a short video on it. It still beats zimmerman builds even though it lacks a stun, in my experience.
Was it bright yellow and my wasp? I run these with following Lazer drones that I sometime swap with moonlight or a stun rod it's a good time, and fast asf.
considering that the flame status makes the target more suspectable to stagger damage... you might love giving the enemy a rapid stagger once the status takes effect...
I have been rocking the medium laser rifles, and it seems that even fast builds struggle to dodge them and they do a lot of damage. I know the stun is important in this build, but I wonder how viable everything else is going to be when people start using shields
I like the regular Laser Rifles VP-66LR in both hands and alternate fire between left and right. They have great DPS and range so you can out-range most people but still have a high firerate to increase your chances of hitting your opponent. Only issue would be people spamming dodge as tracking become useless, or people who are really good at utilizing Assault Boost Kicks. AB Kicking with a Coral Generator are especially devastating as they can continuously AB to stay close and keep up no matter how much you try to stay at range, and paired with the microstuns/stagger from AB Kicks and you're trapped. Only way to keep up with their energy recovery and stay away is to use a coral generator yourself, but coral generators aren't the best with energy guns as they don't have a high Energy Firearm Specialization.
The other major drawback of coral generators is they have the longest recharge delay out of all the generators, think it’s somewhere around 4.3 to 4.9 compared to the rest that are below 2.
I use a reverse joint build with the melee prioritizing fcs chip, highest regen generator, 160 firearm specialization arms, and quad shotguns. I have the lighest parts possible, and i use the starting shotguns paired with the 13 round burst shotguns. They have a near perfect reload time when you swap between them, and the circling / jumping speed is awesome. Ive been winning a lot in the arena, but I went up against a friend who showed me this build and he absolutely creamed me, with me winning only one time due to reflexes alone, because i won with about 40 AP. Kudos to you, this is an excellent video and its nice to see the meta have a strong contender. Your videos are awesome, man. Keep it up! Subbed + notifications on for you
Mind Beta head is from NG+ arena but is not necessary to the build. Coral shield is from one of the last missions of NG++ in a chest and is quite essential.
Just came across this video, and kinda blown away by how well this build works, already having fun just working with the base concept in assembly and tweaking to see what works better for me and all that. Definetly will be looking at more of your builds!
I'd be interested in seeing a compilation of little known facts such as the ones in this video about how the coral shield makes your expansion more effective or how the stun guns affect recoil. It seems like there are a lot of attributes in this game that are pretty obscure and highly important.
Great one! I dislike the Zimmerman builds and my favorite PvP was the day after release where lots of people were trying it out without knowing what the meta even was
Ive havent played AC6 but was going to, and was seeing that zimmermans meta I was no way doing pvp yet... Now you gave me hope, thanks my dude, you got a new follower now
ZIMMY Spam is actually avoidable by viewing the mech they have before you ready up.. Don't party up & play with anyone who chooses it. If your desperate, sure. Otherwise, show community solidarity by avoiding it.
I made a build somewhat similar to this. Just without the efficiency of coral shields and gens. I was able to play a few games before I found a lobby that I kept getting booted from. I was messaged and told that my AC build was too cheesy and they wouldn't let me join unless I changed. The host was clearly teamed with someone they knew and they both had Zimmermans. Funny how that works, i wasn't even that good with the build
my main pvp build that I stumbled upon a little over a week ago is literally this but with a singular stun Needle launcher and reverse joint legs I named Hornet and I've loved it to bits, it's soooo good. glad to see someone else realizing double stun pistol with the coral shield is amazing!
I have a build called the “Mosquito” that might actually be a good match against the bubble bee, but regardless I’m definitely going to try this one out olive I get the coral shield now that I’m in NG++
Man fought wars through it's history with sticks, swords, guns and eventually nuclear weapons. This build equates to the development of the nuke. A turning point in humanity's destructive power.
This is a really cool build, but I feel like itll stop working when they fix the status recovery stat on heads. At the moment, that stat is bugged and does not function. If it did, players could equip heads with a high status recovery and clear themselves of elec. discharge just by backing away. There is also the possibility that the status recovery stat would reduce the amount of time it takes for your acs strain to begin dropping.
I stumbled into a counter for people using the stunguns because I was building an anti-discharge mech for people using double stun needles. I tune for speed and assault boost to tab+s+Ctrl to back off to let armor cook off naturally. People also sleep on the ministun from kicks, as well as the assault boost melee bonus that some boosters excel in.
I've found that using the explosive thrower timed with good shield parry really helps keep Zim meta users out of your face, or at least punishing them with a wall of explosives in their face every time they try it. Too many people sleep on the forearm mounted claymore. Anyways, what an interesting build, very unique! Something I myself would've never thought about. Good video!
Ironically I was seeing it a lot on Gundam cosplay builds cause they were using to to mimic the arm shied that a lot of Gundam suits have. But turns out its good for practical reasons too not just looks!
Still really strong. However these days stun guns are more counterable because head status resistance was fixed, so there's a head that makes stun guns take 3x as long to elec proc people
I dont forsee content to go stagnant anytime soon. This build itself is a testament that there is more to come. Keep it up because it's a top-tier build. I'm hoping to try it myself. You earned a sub. Cheers.
I like double stun guns with the double stun needle cannons. Paring it with a lightweight reverse joint build makes for an extremely mobile buld. You can use the reverse joints to dodge right over zimmerman shots quite consistenetly, and the stun damage from from 4 stun weapons is insane.
This video actually makes me think if I should use shields more. I wanna make like a “heavy knight” type build with shield and lance on tank threads or on a boat. Will it even work?
Yes, there are "lancer build" which sport shield, lance, flamerthrower and a heavy frame that have main role of disrupting enemy lines or taking damage for your team. Or the pulse thrower with tread = You have a calvary with flails. FLAILS*
@kelvinator5088 i'm currently experimenting and trying out burst rifles. Staying mobile at mid distance to try and counter zimmers. Only problem is that they have a quite similar strategy to the electric guns, but are just plain weaker
@@falcon8467 The Zimmys are over-tuned to the point very few true counters actually exist at this early juncture in the games lifecycle. Laser builds or any build that can give distance while putting out damage beats Zimmerman, you just have to use AB as an escape method as soon as they come in range. Even then, that's not a hard counter. This Coral Shield seems to negate what really matters, the Attitude Negation. Zimmys need a Damage reduction & Attitude stability modifier reduction whilst increasing the rate of fire to compensate. Slower Stagger buildup alone would be a game changer for this current Zimmy meta.
@LloydsSky9 agreed. Zimmermans are too dominant at the moment. Or simply, the other weapons are too weak by comparison. What we need is a PvP balance separate from PvE, tweaks to status effect and stagger buildup, missile accuracy, more speed for light builds and buffs to the pletora of unused weapons... among the many things
I am absolutely loving this. A friend of mine and I made a similar build but with more joking intent rather than functionality but it was still working well. Instead of a shield, we had weapon swaps to use the big box stun weapons that just shot a wave of electricity for the main intent to build up as much of the ELEC Discharge as possible. But that would make sense coming from an AC called "PISS MAN"
I was rocking the stun pistols on a lightweight build due to the high direct impact modifiers. Use the close range auto pistol and one Duckett to break posture then melt with the stun pistol
I always thought this was an underrated gun, i also wanted more than one back weapon that gives ED, we have four weapons for that basically: Stun Grenades, Stun Pistols, Stun Baton and the Stun Neddles. And don't even get me started with ACS
I've used this myself, without the shield and just 2 missile launchers on the back. The issue I have with it is that is too much of a close-quarters build, and in scenarios outside of Delta Point where people can play smart and run away after doing some damage from far away, you'll get easily kitted. The game is designed with the timer because it allows builds that are not super biased to have a chance against super close-quarter builds like the double zimmerrmans, by running away. It forces enemies to chase u and allows more builds diversity. This is why I mostly play on maps that have cover. Watchpoint delta is not super fair when it comes to duels. I recommend trying the double needle guns. They are strong as fuck, too. Is what I'm currently use and saw more efficiency with both of them than with the needle guns. Good luck :)! Can't wait to unlock the coral shield and see how I implement it in my build.
I just got to trying PvP regularly, and I got into several double Zimmerman builds right away. I managed to beat them with after a loss or two with a pulse blade, red-shift blade, one Zimmerman and soup. This seems like a great build to go up against. I’m not a good pvp player but seems more fun than some cheese builds people try.
I made a needle + Zimmerman + coral shield build and it was so mean I had to start running different builds because it was just total cheese. Glad to see people are making counters to it
You can also equip the drones you get by beating the arena matches on your right shoulder just for some extra pepper, you can just fire-and-forget them as long as you locked onto your opponent
I've ran into and beaten/lost to a few similar variants of this build, with the most annoying one being a hotwheels build, but I use an off-meta semi ranged build with x2 detonator missiles, the mine thrower and a detonating bazooka. So I can back off and wear people down close to stun before triggering it, punishing with the bazooka and backing off to let my resources reset. This reminds me that I need to make a shield build, I'm also surprised that you never ran into some light laser spammers I imagine they would counter this fairly hard, though it may be partially due to your stage choice as the city stages would give people a better ability to juke your stuff.
I’m on a completely different region than you bro but I’m proud to say I’ve had a line of acs I’ve called the bumblebee after the transformer. They have the yellow/black colour like the guy. BumblB Mk4, which I’ve been using for the past week since it has the best fun/strong balance. It also has the dual stun guns but it’s built different in all other ways. It’s frame is pure Schneider parts, yes those light ones you get early except for the head, which I have a decent scan range on. I have a gun drone and the starter pulse blade on my back combined with the old boosters with the highest melee attack distance. Between the drone and his pulse blade bumble bee can actually stun once or twice every round, which is enough to get major damage off with. I’m glad to see the beauty of the stun guns has been getting realised by others as well though.
That was UUUUUUU It was soo interesting seeing this, and good to know that coral shield actually has some use for stagger(i didnt no shields helped with stagger)
I use many builds, but I can name two similar to this, one is a build using tasers, Nacht armor, and a HMMR with a single big taser gun, and my Dusk build, utilizing a pulse cannon with a buckler and two tasers and a mix of Firmeza and Alba armor, both are really fun and I highly recommend them! But either way, stay creative and keep blowin people up, good day!
man… i gotta get to ng++ to get those sweet coral parts. liking the coral generators, especially on those sports car looking tank legs, as you can kinda perma fly. putting the flame throwers on it with the stun cannons got me through the ng+ Raven fight with the 3 ACs in about 2 minutes where i was struggling with my all purpose build. still kinda hope we get a balance patch soon. would love to see a more varied pvp meta. also want From to fix the dang dead zone for the R Stick on controllers. manual aim on console is pointless right now unless your enemy is standing still. otherwise you have to move the stick like 15-20 degrees before anything happens. why we’ve not seen any patches yet is odd
Thanks for the Build! Should be a nice addition to the Problem Solvers! White Glint cosplay build is VERY useful too! Harris and Turner rifles, Dual BML-G2/P19 Missiles, Head: HC-2000 Shade Eye, Core: IB-CO3C, Arms: AS-5000 Salad, Legs: IB-CO3L, Booster: NGI 001, FCS: WLT 001, Generator: VP-20S and Expansion: Assault Armor!

@@Myndrr If you have a great way to stagger through the Flamethrowers with shoulders, it becomes OP.
@@DaBlaccGhost nah this guy was crimson, couldn't make out any patterns
Had to subscribe, great gameplay, great editing, great explanation, no fluff or unnecessary cringe humor or anything. Solid work. Respect
I have been rocking the medium laser rifles, and it seems that even fast builds struggle to dodge them and they do a lot of damage. I know the stun is important in this build, but I wonder how viable everything else is going to be when people start using shields
Rock any laser setup with a generator the actually gives the Energy Weapon Bonus & your bound to have fun.
The coral generators are decent, but not legendary. I use them because for the mobility
Keep it up! Subbed + notifications on for you
This looks like so much, I like that it’s not the typical stagger type build. Definitely gunna make it on xbox. Are any of the parts from NG?
Mind Beta head is from NG+ arena but is not necessary to the build. Coral shield is from one of the last missions of NG++ in a chest and is quite essential.
Stun guns are also from ng+, after you clear the ice worm
I don't know anything about AC6 PvP, but it's really fun to see what's broken or cool build ideas. Keep up the videos man!
watching you melt oroboros really brought joy to my heart in a way that's hard to put into words.
"He's in for a bad time"
"OH SHIT OH FUCK WHAT THE FUCK OH GOD"
Orboro got Iguazu'd lmao.
Fantastic build! I love Oro's upbeat attitude, he's just happy to see his meta build get hard countered xD
Great one! I dislike the Zimmerman builds and my favorite PvP was the day after release where lots of people were trying it out without knowing what the meta even was
This is exactly what I love about armored core. Outsmarting the meta and creating a unique build that is devastating as was as fun to play
Zimmermans are easy to counter if you can stay out of their range. That's the only tricky part.
Were you the dude with dual pistols a middle weight core and the lightweight legs along with a kinetic weapon pod?
Man fought wars through it's history with sticks, swords, guns and eventually nuclear weapons. This build equates to the development of the nuke. A turning point in humanity's destructive power.
Glad to see somebody give that 'metaboy' some lessons, great bd!!!
I love this game so much ❤❤❤
Samesies. AC6 gave me major hopium for the games industry.
Lol that clip at the beginning is amazing. Can't get enough of it.

Narrator: He did not have a bad time.
After the recent patch, how does this build stack up in the current meta?
Just subbed I’m going through the game for the second time I’ll hit up pvp after my 3 play through thanks for the video !!! Really enjoyed it
This video actually makes me think if I should use shields more.
FLAILS*
The Zimmerman will shiver ! Damn tell them Zimmerman era is out!
Honestly, I refuse to use meta weapons. Love how you made this build and destroyed the meta.
the dual electric guns are meta btw
So this means you will play Zimmermanns now?
I have never heard oroboro get SHOCKED like that.
Great Build! Thanks for sharing! Keep up great work!🤩
dude besides being an enjoyable video, thank you for the tips!
No prob broski
Brain > Metaslaves. Phenomenal Job Myndrrr.
I would absolutely love to see how this build fights my flamethrower wheelchair because it doesn’t care about ACS damage ether
I always thought this was an underrated gun, i also wanted more than one back weapon that gives ED, we have four weapons for that basically: Stun Grenades, Stun Pistols, Stun Baton and the Stun Neddles.
And don't even get me started with ACS
anyone notice how oroboro's voice cracks at the end of his sentences? idk how to properly describe it.
This is one of thee most creative and smart builds I've seen yet.
What I love about this build is that a few very similar setups exist in the arena.
Thank you for sharing! I had been trying to understand how some of the other damage types affect the game
I love how the guy in the intro was like "That's an honest build" then proceeds to get melted without getting a chance to shoot his bigger guns.
Oroboro: I think he's (Myndrrr) in for a bad time.
Narrator: Oroboro was in for a bad time.
Bravo. Your creativity is commendable.
Great job man! You need more recognition and subs!!
Nice to see you humble Oro a bit, sick build!
it actually work. Just fought against BVO with soup missile.
The parry at 6:20 was *chefs kiss*.
I've met one guy with a similar stun build and it was remarkable. Had much respect for his meta defying style.
I knew people would discover these but feared the day the information spread....
“That’s the most honest build I’ve seen, he’s in for a bad time” 😂
“No u”
I've ran into and beaten/lost to a few similar variants of this build, with the most annoying one being a hotwheels build, but I use an off-meta semi ranged build with x2 detonator missiles, the mine thrower and a detonating bazooka. So I can back off and wear people down close to stun before triggering it, punishing with the bazooka and backing off to let my resources reset.
This reminds me that I need to make a shield build, I'm also surprised that you never ran into some light laser spammers I imagine they would counter this fairly hard, though it may be partially due to your stage choice as the city stages would give people a better ability to juke your stuff.
theorycraft'n at its finest ; absolutely based af ; luv that u named it bumblebee as well , great touch =]
I felt Emperor Palpatine rise within you at the end
It will be done master
I've got a dual stuns guns+dual stun bombs build. Haven't used it in PvP yet, but this is making me even more excited to!
Im relativeky new to armored core and tried this build to counter the zimmermanns pvp. Boy build is fun. Thanks bro
It's the bleed build. The king has returned.
Looks good, might have to check it out! Great job
That was UUUUUUU
It was soo interesting seeing this, and good to know that coral shield actually has some use for stagger(i didnt no shields helped with stagger)
Watching meta games develop is one of my favorite things in modern gaming.
man… i gotta get to ng++ to get those sweet coral parts. liking the coral generators, especially on those sports car looking tank legs, as you can kinda perma fly. putting the flame throwers on it with the stun cannons got me through the ng+ Raven fight with the 3 ACs in about 2 minutes where i was struggling with my all purpose build.
still kinda hope we get a balance patch soon. would love to see a more varied pvp meta. also want From to fix the dang dead zone for the R Stick on controllers. manual aim on console is pointless right now unless your enemy is standing still. otherwise you have to move the stick like 15-20 degrees before anything happens. why we’ve not seen any patches yet is odd
I was always suspect about shields for 3v3, but I always knew they were going to be good in 1v1. The fact that they can almost entirely reduce the effectiveness of missle barrages made that clear for me.
The weakness i see in this build is that other shields seem to block the en discharge buildup along with a portion of the damage.
Bumblebee , a fitting name for an " honest " looking build :) . Subbed
Id love to try this in PvE, on a ng+ run
Oroboro: What the fuck is even that?
Bumble bee: *Your doom.*
3:41 that fly off was so epically anime
