This game is awesome! It gives you so much weapon variety and how to approach enemies. For example I killed the second boss with the hammer. His attack when he bites three times is the perfect opportunity to charge the hammer, and strike on the 3rd bite.
The animations are really interesting. Seems like they are drawn with pixels but then actually rigged/animated using the popular skeletal, paper-cut-out style like you often see in mobile games. I usually dislike that animation style, but the pixel art actually helps hide the cheap feeling pretty well.
2022 has been the worst great Metroidvania drought I can remember, so I am beyond excited for this game to drop tomorrow! I really hope it delivers the whole way through
Put all points in Vit and 15 in End and use knuckle weapons, you will not be disappointed. Iron Knuckles and once you find Gearfists level them up to max. They scale insanely on hp, Stam and even str and dex. Enjoy this awesome game
Honestly I didn’t expect to like this game but it looks so clean, along with stray. I really enjoyed stray because you’re just a cat who’s an absolute gang member
