Rashid bhai is a Singer extraordinaire! Rendering always soulful! Melodiously romantic and enchanting voice! Thumris, by default of the structure and the embedded melody , are very romantic and sometimes with a hint of melancholy, and subtly exhibiting the sensuality of a woman, as vividly percieved in this rendition. It evokes nostalgia and indulges one to reminsce the ist love of his/her adolescent days! Especially, for folks who are in late 50s early 60s when we did not have cell phone, no Social Media; even landline telephone at home was a super luxury! Amidst these challenges, to drop a small note to her in the afternoon/evening required Einstein type ingenuity, just to get one glimpse of her and if lucky, to touch her soft hands! Gone are those days, which this new generation will never understand! Thank you Maestro for this wonderful rendition! God bless !
