I remember this on TV watching it with my folks. Good rapport between Cannon and Ball. Shame it was only one series was there no plans for a second series?
Thanks for tnis great sitcom I have all their LWT shows on dvd and their first appearance on The WheelTappers and shunters club Forgotten this sitcom which never came out on DVD and Bobby Ball recently did a aimilar comedy drama aboutba group of security guards with Brendan o carrol Mrs brown
This is not true. It was Bobby and Brendon O'Carroll who starred in the one-off comedy "The Security Men". It was written by Caroline Aherne. Described by the Daily Telegraph as "unfunny and full of rancid sexism". Our show, Plaza Patrol, was an attempt to broaden the relationship established by Tommy and Bobby in their stage act, built on love and mutual respect.
RIP Bobby Ball
Never seen this before looking forward to watching 👀 😆
Been looking for this for many years, thanks for sharing. 😀

@@SublimeStuff Very different I agree. But 'The security men' was brilliantly funny and entertaining.
not as good as the Cannon and Ball Gospel Show
