Can recommend Tineco. We have one of their wet/dry cleaner, the Floor One S3, and we love it. It cleans our wooden floors for the fourth year now (twice a week) and besides the batterie everything still works like on day one. This things picks up a lot of dirt even after our Xiaomi X20+ already vacuumed and mopped. Their customer service is also very good. They still sell parts for our old model on their site.

I have tineco prure one and i like the product for the most part but it needs a dedicated hardfloor roller. When I vacuum litter, it tends to pick up most but kick some to the backside of the vacuum whcih requires multiple passes at different directions to get all of it.
7:15 - 7:31 could be FALSE advertising if that's COLD MIST water vapor, like ultrasonic humidifiers. Making HOT STEAM takes several minutes even on my Dreo warm humidifier for it to get to 135 F with an internal heating coil .... (let alone the superheated steam >212 F of a full fledged steam cleaner with a steam tank)
**The Ballad of the Floor-Cleaning King** Oh, I once had a floor that was dusty and gray, With crumbs and with hair that just wouldn’t go away. It laughed when I swept, it sneered when I mopped, And no matter what, the dirt never stopped. So I called up a wizard, an inventor so wise, Who said, “What you need is a gadget that tries! It sucks, it scrubs, it steams, and it gleams, A floor cleaner so clever, it works in your dreams!” First came the Pure One, so sleek and so smart, It cleaned every corner, it mastered the art. Pet hair? No problem-it scooped it with glee, And even the pebbles were no match, you see! But wait, there was more, for the wizard did bring The Floor One S9, the steam-cleaning king. It hissed and it puffed, with wheels that would glide, And it dried up the mess before you could slide. “Sticky jam?” it asked. “Not here, not today!” And poof-it was gone in a steamy ballet. The floor glowed like diamonds, all shiny and new, And I danced on the tiles without losing a shoe. Now my floors are so clean, they sparkle, they sing, All thanks to the magic these gadgets do bring. So if your floors mock you, don’t cry, don’t despair, Just call on the wizard-he’ll bring tools to care. For every mess, there’s a gadget so keen, To make your world brighter, and your floors-pristine!
I really did not need to see this! Guess I’m gonna be getting another new floor cleaner soon. Just got one that I’ve only used once and had the previous one for no more than a year.😮
The basic problem I see with vacuum cleaner designs is the quest for extreme suction. You are talking about tiny particles of dust and small fibers - and they should do something to disturb it - maybe a small puff of air and then a gentle suction to get into its chamber -- after which it has to be mechanically "digested" (for lack of a better word). The crazy whirring and all the stuff they do now is greatly off putting.
We conclude low tech is superior. A basic Swiffer sweeper base, and use basic Swiffer wet cloths. We use two or three when doing our entire first floor (all wood, includes kitchen, living room, entryway). You can get up everything, reach every corner, get under furniture and appliances. Swiffer wet is very, very effective with minimal effort. Best of all: wet hand mop is *very* cheap, and cleanup is as simple as disposing of a dirty cloth and slotting in a new one. No cleaning rotating brushes (sucks). No emptying and refilling water tanks. For the price of just one of these vacs, we calculated we could use a Swiffer mop and wet cloths every single month for the next 35 years or so.
That’s interesting, I found Swiffer’s absolutely useless when I tried them, actually worse than a traditional mop. I was skeptical when we got our first electric floor cleaner, but my wife insisted and the verdict is they really do work. Literally lightened our vinyl tile a few shades and removed all staining that wasn’t imbedded in deep scratches within the first couple of months. It also removed black marks from our hardwood that I thought I would need to refinish the floors to get out. In other words, you can no longer tell the difference between high and low traffic areas from the floors shade because all dirt has been removed. Cost of ownership is cheap too and as long as you’re using them like you would use a mop and not in the ridiculous ways they show in these videos, maintenance is quick and easy also. They also use significantly less water than a mop does. The price upfront is steep, ours was $400 new compared to the ~$20 for a good mop and bucket, so it depends how much your time and the knowledge your floors are significantly cleaner is worth to you. We just paid 1g for a robot mop/vac combo so we tend to choose time over money if we can.
I bought two cleaners (one wet, one just vacuum) from Tineco last year believing all the rave reviews. Both went to hell with charging issues 2 months later...
@@ianwilliams1789 Yes I'm talking to their service people, thing is they sporadically work and then refuse to charge for a couple of days for no reason, prob. will go through the whole hassle of sending them back for a check but they may just give it a try and say it's working.
Im now convinced this man knows nothing about current cleaning products. I've not heard of a full size cleaner that doesn't use it's main vacuum motor during the self-cleaning cycle.
Tinecos are highly overrated. They come with a very high prices and review after review after review people say theyre highly disappointed with the product. You dont find them rated highly on any comparison list/ top ten list and no one is gushing over them . Highly overrated.
My wife's hair is more of a problem than pet hair
Wife and daughters 😂. Between those two I don’t have dust bunnies, I have hair tumble weeds.

Only Caleb could make a video about vacuum cleaners that I watched from beginning to end 😊

I have the Tineco S6 FlashDry. Works great
Can’t wait to see you do a review of the steamer in your own studio once this releases.
Both these products are of interest to me! Thanks!
Please compare it to the Mach V1 Ultra whenever you get a review unit.
Drop it like it's hot. Drop it like it's hot. The coffe that is. To clean it.
Haha so funny/awesome my TV guy is nerding out on floor cleaners. I watch vacuum wars channel all the time too!
I need this!
Iv had tinecos in the past, and they come with bunch of useful and some gimmicky features, but compared to Dyson, the raw power is just garbage haha
Agree 100%. None of these features are new for Tineco, and they don’t really work well anyway. Much prefer raw horsepower over quirky gimmicks.

Does it clean edges? That's one of the problems they have now. I didn't see this addressed.
Sounds like a commercial to me
Why aren’t these things corded so I can mop/clean my whole house?

NICE!
You had me at less maintenance
Looks good
There is no cordless steam cleaners so this is probably just water vapor, not >100 degrees Celsius. Misleading claim.

i wannttt thatt
Is that how it is pronounced? Tinco?
I bought two cleaners (one wet, one just vacuum) from Tineco last year believing all the rave reviews. Both went to hell with charging issues 2 months later...
What about the guarantee?

Had a Tineco vacuum, it was awful. LG is the best you're gonna get and even that has its shortcomings

$1000 for a steam cleaner. Hard pass.
Hey folks, watch independant expert reviews before throwing your money into this under-performing Pure One S5. Just saying...
Shoot. I need the steam cleaner ASAP. Can't find anything decent an my wife is demanding something now
