Just saw this on twitter... I had no idea he'd go so far as to get the law involved, instead of trying to address it himself publicly and attempt to resolve it first. Probs the best move, since you're a minor and a whole court case across national borders probably just isn't worth it. Although I doubt mastro would spend that kind of money either. Regardless, most if not all of the krunker community is aware of the situation by now, and free to reach their own conclusions.
I support you Quackster, you've done a lot to inform the community about tons of different stories when others might've been too afraid or cautious to do so. Keep on keeping on. ❤
on ANOTHER note, why in the world did he use IGN's instead, and it looks like it's generated by some AI? idk much about formats of cease and desist letters, but I'd also be surprised if a legal team was backing it, over some comments in discord and an io game. Anyway that's my two cents.

It's not a real Cease and Desist letter, it's an awful attempt to get you to remove any sort of public accusations for his own benefit, Don't back down and remove any content revolving around him, best to showcase how much of a horrible person he is.

Whatever he’s doing isn’t gonna turn out the way he wants- that “Cease & Desist” letter looks busted as hell, and then again it’s JohnnyMastro so am I really surprised? No.
I respect his idea of a positive space but when you’re doing vile acts in the background such as having sexual intentions with a minor, it’s not something I can forget within a few months or so- I really can’t forget that or let it slide at all.

You already tried fucking a minor LITERALLY, don’t try and fuck up a minor’s life when all they’re doing is trying to spread important information and will gladly correct their statements if what they had said was false.

You could probably make an alt account and post the evidence without having your voice, and your editing style in it. If you don't leak anything personal that could be identified as a creation by you, you could probably get away with it. Since anyone could post it, even me if I had the screenshot, the videos etc. I'm no lawyer, but I don't think he can go places with that joke of a cease and desist letter. Of course I understand that you don't want to risk anything, but why could he sue you for spreading "misinformation" (as he claims) on the internet. That could be defined as "trolling" and a "prank" ON THE INTERNET, and if you could get sued for that, then the legal system is fucked. And even if you did go into court as a minor, it would seem like a full grown adult who is being accused of sexually harassing minors, is suing a minor for saying that he is a pedophile. That will already seem weird in the judges eyes, and they will most likely want to look into him being a pedophile, and if they do that, then the girl that was getting nudes from maestro could probably tell her side of the story (if she will even want to), and if she doesn't want to get into this whole thing, you could probably show the proof of him spinning his dick in a video (I've seen it in a discord server before). Anyways, the point is, he should be a complete moron to sue you. If he would he would probably get at least 2-5 years in prison for harassing minors including you. Maybe I've watched to much Better call saul and I don't get anything, but this is just a stupid attempt to scare you. If you could, I'd be happy to post the proof that you have on him. It would be best if you don't send me the video that you edited, since then you might be uncomfortable thinking that he might sue you for something you didn't do.
