I believe that if they bought Zordon back from the dead as Billy planned, it would make sense for all the 12 rangers that Zordon mentored to reunite with him. All include Jason, Tommy, Kimberly, Billy, Zach, Trini (if they bought her back from the dead the same way they would with Zordon and Kendrix), Aisha, Rocky, Adam, Kat, Tanya, & Justin. And after all, Justin was the last ranger to be mentored and recruited by Zordon himself.
I don't know if they would ever bring him back sense he's bald with tattoos now. I did like his character as a kid. Would be werid seeing Justin as an adult. I actually use to message Blake Foster. He's actually a cool guy and did answer my questions.
