no it's not compulsory... hostel facilities are for those who are from far away places and trust me majority are from outside mumbai... yes it is your wish but people who actually need it might have a difficult time if they don't get the hostel facility
Please make the videos on technology knowledge that what the software must be needed for design and in corporate world in fashion field. Like that stuff requires in jobs etc.
