For deeper damage use a tinted leather shoe polish as close to the colour as possible. I bought a used Gucci bag with dry cracking handles and it looks as good as new now with just a quick polish.

yeah!!!!! Glad to hear :-) omg, mixing them together did wonders because I tried each one by themselves, but they did not work as well as they did together. It was like magic! Lol. And I'm feeling a little better. I did get better and literally got sick like the next day and I'm recovering from that right now, lol. Man, this vacation is not agreeing with me. But I think it's because it's super duper hot and humid when you go outside and when you go inside anywhere it's always freezing to compensate for the heat and I've always been one to get sick from extreme temperature changes like that, so I feel like my body's been trying to adjust, lol. I'm just trying to ignore being sick and focusing on how much fun everything is though. My only regret is that I can't eat everything in site.
OH! Lol, and my spunky aunt, her name is Auntie Joji, she is SO hilarious. Her son, my cousin, actually came from Japan to here a few days ago, so she's with them right now, and I'm with my other aunt, Auntie Bolet (who is equally hilarious and spunky), and then we're all going to meet up again at the very end of my trip before I leave.
Is there anything that can be done for the corners where the top coat of the leather has worn and fabric is exposed? I think the makers of these bags give buyers the wrong impression that the bag is full leather, when it’s only like a coat of leather on fabric. You’re doing amazing rehabs, as you can tell, I’m watching everything you’ve done😃😃😃😃
Thanks for your rehab video. Purchased 2 hunter green Coach Lily totes that were abused and I'll definitely (try to) love them back to health as you do your leathers. Considered dyeing them but this is much better and I would probably destroy them. Prefer the older Coach leather purses as their quality is unsurpassed and never to be repeated. Wish I had seen this earlier. BTW--is there any way to repair dark corners out of those bottom corners on red leather bags, for example? You put alot of care into your work and it shows. I haven’t tried it, but it may work. Is your givenchy just dry or scuffed? The Pepe leather is pretty resilient. Maybe even just some leather conditioner could work, but it depends on if it’s just dry or if it’s actually scuffed.

I'm afraid to clean it because I remember hearing once that they use vegetable dye & i'm not sure if that means I should clean it a specific way? Also I bought a beautiful rose colored Balenciaga wallet but is covered in black dirt/color transfer/idk haha, but i'm afraid to ruin the original color :'( Do you have any tips?

It doesn't disinfect the interior. Disinfecting the interior of this bag is tricky because it's just the underside of the same piece of leather. Usually I use disinfecting wipes or disinfecting spray and just pull out the lining and letting them dry. I suppose you could use disinfecting wipes on the interior as well, though I'd be afraid of discoloration or drying out the bag. Mine was very clean in the interior, but I just took a baby wipe and wiped it down. I didn't want to do anything too drying to the leather since the exterior was already in need of so much moisture.
I saw ur other vid from PhL are you from Bicol?? btw, I have this celine edge bag in bicolor with beige python on the front and black smooth leather, i saw on instragam an all black celine edge with black phython on the front.. I wanted to dye the beige python part to black because i just dont like it anymore.. perhaps if i change it to black i would get to use it more often.. I am used too scared to do it because I paid a ton for it and it would be a complete waste it I make mistake.. Also, the fact that I live in italy, we dont have the products that you use in this video, or maybe we have something similar but Im not sure ..
+JOE VIIPERI hi! I'm from the US, but my mom and her family are from Bicol. I have never dyed any exotic skins, though I know you can do it with leather dye. You might be able to pick up some dye from a shoe cobbler if they sell them, but if the bag is in great condition and you really want to dye it and this would be your first time, I would honestly bring it to a shoe repair or handbag repair and have them dye it for you. Or you can practice on something first. Also, this would void any warranties the bag may still have, so there's that to think about as well. Hope this helps! Let me know what you end up doing. ❤️❤️❤️

angiephamily If it’s an authentic Chanel and under 5 years old, Chanel will repair the bag. Over 5 years they will look to potentially charge for the repair. I wouldn’t attempt this unless you were experienced. I’d take it to a professional.

I think the areas that become dark are where the polish is penetrated cos the leather lost its top clear coat ridge ?
