Hi Everyone! We are slowing getting back into the swing of things. We appreciate your patience while we moved! Soon to be revealing Ian's new workshop space! Please remember to drop us a LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE if you haven't! Things are only going to get more strange and creative! Have a great day and see you all next week, we still are in flux and we are having family in town! ~ The Roussels
Mad respect for your accomplishments bro man. Just watched the custom VW trike build episode, (not the Gold Wing) again, and can't help but recall when my dad and I did 2 similar builds together, back in the late 70's. I lived in Monterey CA for like 25 years and I was pretty well known for my custom VW builds. Especially when it came to building power. Thank you for what you do. Much respect. Hit me up sometime if you ever have any technical issues that you may be having challenges with. Be glad to help. MidCal Mark
My Dad is a huge fan of Ian’s! This past Friday he had a quadruple bypass at 75 years old. When he started to be more coherent, I told him I recently found out Ian has a UA-cam channel. Now he’s ready to go home and start watching! He’s been told he needs to heal a bit first! Lol!! Thanks to you both for the UA-cam content. My Dad and I both love Ian’s work and look forward to a lot more.
@@fullcustomIanyet another reason to love this channel. Amazing work from an amazing human(?)being. Keep on creating, inspiring others and a genuinely awesome guy🤟🏾🤘🏾🖖🏾
@@Zepphd2 I am a heart transplant recipient of seven years, and I have a treadmill set up in front of my TV and when I feel like exercising and walking first thing I do is search for Ian Rousell on TV but now on U Tube great way to get those extra steps in ,
Happy returns, the audio was great. I didn't even know the cooler was there until Jamie mentioned it. Couldn't wait, Ian's trikes are always baddass. Thank you, guys.
I'm REALLY digging this build!! I LOVE 70s style chopper trikes! It would be kool as hell if you could trim those wheel covers to fit onside the wheel so that it looks like a true deep dish Cragar...
Welcome back, I gotta say just when I thought I knew the direction you were heading in, you hit us with an uppercut . Amazing detail bravo. Hola Jamie welcome back.
Ian! you're like the nutty professor. What an episode??? You never disappoint! Jaimee you're also responsible (gr8 filming/banter/comments). Cheers guys brilliant
So I came across Mikey’s Isetta camper build on Facebook, through the shorts on there. Needless to say the last one he put out he was super stoked to have gotten a shout out by Ian, it was literally the whole short. And he put up the screenshot of this video which is how I knew you had posted a new video. You made the guys day Ian, he said he’s looked up to you via your show. I like the kidney bean shape of the windows but the entire time you mocked it up I was looking at the heart shaped one’s thinking wonder they’d be a tad more proportional to the build.
@@donedwards7156 the one nice thing about fabrication is you can always change your mind. If you’ve watched Ian long enough you’ll have heard him say with metal work you tack it in take a look if you’re not happy grind it off and start over. For example go back to the very beginning and watch the Little Jewel videos, Ian had set in a couple of light buckets and after a couple of episodes he decided they weren’t quite what he was looking for and so he cut them out and redid them. I’m not saying he needs to use those windows but they might be more in lines with the proportions of the build.
Hi Ian and Jamie ! Phoenix resident here , so I know all about that heat and how tough it is to keep projects going threw it ! Very enthusiastic over all your projects , but pretty partial to Jamie's jeep ! The process behind the cutting and welding ....putting ideas to cardboard , so Cool So Cool !! And stay Cool guys !!!
I can’t believe you shouted me out. This is a big deal to me buddy. A lot of guys think Ed Roth or Barris might have been my introduction to the Kustom Car world but it was actually a $5 dvd at Walmart of you building a roadster truck that cemented my path to going to WyoTech and dreaming of a day I could do something like you. Through you I started looking into the history of Winfield, Barris, Roth, and Carl Casper. Idk who gave you the spark you needed to become the artist you have but you were mine. Hope to cross paths on a project one of these days. Keep killing it Ian you made my day 🙌
Hi big fan of trikes here ,love how it is coming together, fell in love in 72,3 with a c cab trike ,I think it was featured in big bike mag, bless you both 😀
Looking bloody excellent, could have gone longer, the tank shape as you last said floating under the frame is great, the boomerang window is cool too, can't wait, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Ian always has a plot twist. That cab is a good look. Making it a little bit different looking “minibike”. Looks like you are both happy with your move. Thats good 👍👍👍
After you mocked up the body, I thought the rear tires looked too small. But that may be because the cardboard is sitting on the table. The actual body will be a few inches higher, just under the seat. I think it will look great when you're finished. It always does. Thanks for enduring the heat just for us armchair builders out here.
Hey I mentioned that I had built one similar to this and my next project was going to be a C Cab design! Hmmm that was when you were just laying things on the table! Thanks for doing this!
Thanks to you guys for putting up with the heat and producing more entertainment for us. I love watching the big alien get creative and the dulcet tones of Jamies approval chiming in at the perfect moments. Looking good! I could never create shapes from thin air like that. Love your work!!!
Too late to help you out, but I built a trike with the engine like you are using but I turned it around to look more like a motorcycle engine. Because the engine rotated backwards when I turned it around, I used a lawn tractor trans axle and removed the transmission part and routed the chain drive through the brake shaft instead of the input shaft. This compensated for the revers rotation and gave me a differential for the rear end. I lost reverse in the trans axle too, but maybe someone smarter then I can work that out. The trike worked vert well but I ultimately switched it to Electric and I am still riding it. Thanks for all the tips.....Current project is an enclosed mobility scooter made from a crashed Legend's race car and an electric golf cart.
😂 Ive been planning a street kart with a spare GSXR 400 Engine i have kicking around, now Im looking at C cab ideas, I always loved C Cab Hot Rods, thanks for the reminder/ tip Ian ! Wish i lived next door to you now 😂

oh man i love C cabs in trucks etc but yours is going great..i love it.5 star stuff ty Jamie for the great video and advice
Mikey Brown has a UA-cam channel called Paper to Pavement. There are more crazy Isetta hot rods and he's a great guy!
Hooray!
Ian has that 60’s-70’s mindset.
I like it
He's brilliant 😂 knows the historic details of builds and styles, it's excellent 👌🏻

Thanks for braving the heat for your fans!
Cool project!
Turn the window around for the side profile of the tank.
Sweet!
I hope the tank will have softer curves to complement the roof/body.

Perfect window for that design. steering wheel too.
I love the process
Love watching you work through the issues that pop up on builds. Your very inspiring and always calm. Thanks
This design process is entertaining. Hehehe
Thank you guys! Congratulations on the new workshop!
Thank you!
Glad the cool weather is back. Enjoy
Looking very cool. I would add a little more curve to the back of the cab.
I love the way you think and fabrication on the fly. Who needs blueprints.
Congrats on getting yourselves a sanctuary. I love the fact that you are still moving forward with all the projects.
It’s a struggle, but we are determined 👽👽 we just slowed the pace a little bit for now. We are super excited for the new shop
Nice having you back 👌🙏
We are happy to be back too! Slowly getting back into the swing!
Glad to see you city folks back to working again.
The "Envisioning" soundtrack choice was perfect.

Love the show guys! Congratulations on your new home. I was just wondering when you guys will go live again so I can join in? Have a great evening! 🌜
Thank you for braving the heat to entertain and inform, hope your next shop is air conditioned!
Music is awesome.
I sure needed some good ole Full Custom right about now.

Dude, soo rad. Keep em coming Ian and Jamie

I’m glad to hear you’re getting a better shop best of luck with it.

Yoù nailed it with the c cab body now it just needs a metal flake ribbon paint job and it's back to the 70s
Mikey Brown is a cool dude. His Isetta pickup is cool too.

Herman Munster or Grandpa have nothing on the design and look of this trike. lol. Keep up the great work 👍
Best fabricator of 2024
Looks too cool to not being able to ride it 😎 I hope you make it rideable.

Love C cabs maybe more of a diamond shape tank than coffin?
Love the trike -- and the last modification to the tank is a great look !!! See you in YAKIMA !!!!!
Love your mini chopper Majig project. Interesting
Love your process to design....!
FYI, I seen someone use a cutoff wheel and flap disc, for cutting and shaping cardboard, seemed to work really well!!!
I just love your videos. You do amazing work with rather simple tools. And this i like.
It’s so easy and fun to go back and binge all of your episodes! Thanks for posting so much 😀
I love this build! Looking forward to the next episode.
A presume tank would be awesome Dimond shape octagon style
Une mini bike tout droit sortie du Monde des cartoons top delire (french)🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵
Excellent job Jaimi, the cartoon --- the music and the framing, great entertainment.

Looks like it’s gonna be a cool lil machine when y’all are done good to see y’all back take it easy in that heat
I’m digging it man!
A big respect for Ian for his work on many restomod on plenty of cars n bikes.salute n Mabuhay
Welcome back, hope you and Jamie had a great vacation.
I enjoy watching your page!
Good to see yall doing well and hope yall stay cool. Don't let the heat beat you down too much.
Makes a little hatch door on top to make it easier to get in and out of
That’s a good idea 😎
Ian always has a plot twist. That cab is a good look. Making it a little bit different looking “minibike”. Looks like you are both happy with your move. Thats good 👍👍👍
This thing rules! So many good choices
Looking great, can’t wait to see it done
My first thought was 70's cartoon Kungfooey rickshaw lol
Groovy Goolies......Wolfys Dragster....luv it mate
I LOVE it!! Needs a WonkaWonka horn with a BIG squeeze bulb.
A Tijuana taxi Horn!
I think a steering bar or wheel that was arched to match the arch of the front of the cab would tie things together nice.
Or a floating "dash" that matched the radius of the cabs front curve.... the "dash" serving as a gas tank.
Wicked trike........
God job sir south borneo

Amazing!!!
Hey man, use a limited slip differential for a go-cart! That'll solve all your hub issues, turning one-way really good, etc
When this is done we NEED Ian in a Gossamer costume ridig this beautiful Looney trike
This is like a kid on Christmas morning for me because I love anything minibike or trike "chopper style"

I have over a hundred trikes as Cushman motor scooters and I used the peerless differentials in all of them and they hold up great even with 40 HP
Nie job, Ian. I really like watching you work...
❤ the new Ian subscribe button😂😂😂
Maybe the tank needs to be curved to match the curves of the seat structure and windows.
This is awesome as always, bruh ! 💪🏼❤️🐻 LOVE FROM FLORIDA
Thanks for the video inspite of the heat. I like the direction you are going. Please be safe with the heat we can wait!
Ian, the master of C.A.D. Cardboard Added Design. That mini trike is going to be killer when you are finished.
They make coffin bubble windows too!
On the other hand, I was thinking that the tank could match the boomerang window.
Needs to be a combo "C" cab and the Trike, Eric and you made. Putting the neck for the springer all the way up at the top of the front roof line!
Hell yes!!! 👽👽👽👽👽👽👽 George The GlassMan
