Thanks Maria. The first outfit was my favourite. I am very frustrated with M&S trouser lengths. I am only 5 foot and whilst I was able to buy their trousers in the past it is now almost impossible to get any that fit x
They do seem to vary so much x
Really like the 1st outfit on you very slimming. I’m not into all these long sleeves so I’ve got a pair of old fashioned men’s arm bands to keep them up. How lovely to see deer right outside your window. X

You look ready to go to the airport in your first outfit and I can tell you will be keeping the garments. I hope you can get the black and white trousers in a shorter leg. I have some similar from Marks and had to get them shortened but have fetched them out for a couple of years now and love them. Good luck with your slimming…it just is not easy….this I know!

You are looking great Maria. Everything looks lovely on you. Imagine you needing short fitting when you are 5ft 8"! I now have to buy shor fitting and yet they arent quite right on the riser sometimes😮 😊 oooohhhhhh and seeing the little deer❤❤❤

Those wide ,eg beige ensemble looks perfect on you. The black and white trousers look better on than on the hanger but you could wear black top too. That jumper would look good with the other trousers too.

Lovely outfits. You’re very good at styling things together. M&S does seem to have done some weird things with the length of their trousers. I’m 5’3 and I used to be a regular, now I’ve got no idea what length I am!

I’ve had the same issue with m and s sizing. Used to be a 12 regular but last two pairs have been 14 short despite me having lost over a stone in weight. Decided to try some wide leg trousers and ordered 14 short to find that I would need to shorten by 8 inches - I’m 5ft 2in. Just not happening so sent them back even though I could have altered myself.
By my reckoning you'd be a short at M&S. Regular seems to come in at about 30" inside leg - I'm 5'6" and have to take them up by an inch. Short I think must be about 28" which is just an inch too short for me!

When I try on any trousers like those black and white ones I never like them. I think they look nice on other people but I always feel they look like clown trousers on me lol. I’m looking for some wider leg trousers in black but not too baggy as I’m only 5 ft
