Storm bear was one of my favorites pre 1.0 so I was super happy to see this come together. The echo clear + survivability was always great but it lacked single target and really felt janky to boss with.
This tornado tech really comes in huge for solving that, you not only made bossing BEARable, you actually made it into a strength of this setup.

Hello Dread and chat. I've had a bugfix ticket open on the Last Epoch forums for almost two months to fix the rampage bug but it hasn't been getting much attention. Please add a comment to the post if you would like to raise awareness to get the rampage bug fixed. I tried to provide a link to it earlier, but I believe UA-cam may have removed it. It is located under 'Bug Reports' and is called: ''werebear rampage animation getting stuck extremely frequently video attached".

Been waiting for this one. Also you are right about SUPER MEDICORE content being only out there about this. Best guide and build by far for this. I would suggest adding time codes in the video to make it more easy to come back to if possible. Also I feel like the legendary armor Kermode's Cage would be great for this build.

I play exactly the same build just as a shaman with thorn totems and instead of lightning everything is cold so most of the stuff is frozen or stunned, slowed. It looks very similar in clear speed. I will give it chance to compare.

Is the Wearbear Rampage bug fixed? I started this build for 1.0 and was beyond excited until i got fed up constantly getting stuck and dying. Extremely excited to see its better than ever but if the bug is still not fixed i think a lot of people are gonna switch off this build
Great build guide! I might actually give this a go in 1.1. Two questions from my side, is this build good for starting out as it is or should I level up using different skills first and switch around 50-60? And second, I see you are not using uniques, you did recommend twisted heart but apart from that are there no other uniques this build could benefit from?
How do you increase the base damage of ignite on a Sorcerer? Does flat damage to a skill from its tree increase this?
Looks like my kind of thing, and been meaning to get back into LE. Is levelling as the build really that bad though? I normally prefer playing something close to the final build.

it has the damage and surviability for it yes, and I will probably choose it as one of the builds I play for 1.1 when I get around to it

Yo appreciate the effort you're putting into these. Which one of these SSF builds would you recommend the most for HC? Or do you have a golden goose up your sleeve before launch? :D
This one is a good option beccause you have enough damage you can ignore a lot of damage and just focus on survivability, there's a few others. I might make a post about HC but I usually don't play with it in mind.
