I grew up going to Catechism and had my 1st communion, but was never confirmed. I believe I can go to confession, but I’m sure I can’t receive the Eucharist. I’m not really sure how to proceed. I recently purchased a rosary, and I had it blessed. I found out that it contains a St Benedict medal, and had further blessings bestowed upon it. I pray the rosary, and I feel as though it helps me. Am I wrong to do so since I don’t go to church or participate in the sacraments? Forgive me if my terminology is incorrect. I’m 56 now, and it’s been a very long time since I stopped going to church.
