Good morning madam, Madam, during follicular study of my wife, follicle growth is 16 x 11 in the right ovary and MSF in left ovary on the 22nd day of periods. Endometrial thickness is 7.9mm. Free fluid is Nil. My gynaecologist suggested my wife to take Letrozol 2.5mg tab. for pregnancy. Should we take this medicine for pregnancy or should we wait for natural pregnancy/without medicine?
