To see Naruto go from being treated with ridicule and hatred to becoming the most loved person in the world and still being the same Naruto we know at heart? It makes me happy.
Also, Boruto got a reality check with recognizing he almost didn’t have a father and then realized just how strong his father was in this moment. And he was holding back so he didn’t destroy the village.
I would actually disagree, Naruto wasn't actually ridiculed or treated terribly, go back and rewatch the first couple episodes that are shown in so many flashbacks. Almost everyone he interacts with treats him positively. The elders and teachers are harsh to try to make him better but almost nobody treats him like they are afraid of him. Some folks do seem to dislike him because he causes mischief but he was not treated like Gara at all.
Most of the idea that people treated him poorly is all villains trying to convince Naruto that he is being misled and telling him that people are doing things because they hate him, but it genuinely isn't true. And he sees through it.

@@jdyson6378 I recently was rewatching the show from the beginning and it has been more than a decade and that stood out to me. Just like Naruto thinks he is a terrible ninja because he sucks at things he puts effort into but you can see time and again that when he is performing his pranks or just goofing off he consistently displays abilities beyond what his intentional efforts would make you believe he could do. (Like perfect clones/duplicates, illusions, all kinds of stuff. I always thought it was silly how Boruto was so much of a prodigy but Naruto was as well.

The only reason he wasn't treated the same as garra was because lord 3rd forbade it and not to teach there children why he is a black mark in society. The adults though still isolated him and looked at him with scornful eyes and many kept there kids away from him.

He went through hell & back & saved the entire planet & all of its populace to get to where he is, & in that moment his son realized an understood how privileged & easy his own life truly is in comparison to what his father (who he has looked down on assuming he was just some useless figurehead..) must have went through growing up, with all the effort, time, heartache, loss, ungodly amount of dedication & hard work, & all the battles etc etc.. he must have done & experienced to get to this point, to be at this level & actually be this powerful. His son finally realized that his dad isn’t just some figurehead, that he’s the real top G, & the true god of shinobi. Always a badass moment there. The same Momoshiki who he just saw completely wipe the floor with all of the other Kage at the same time, all at once, & now gets to see Naruto his dad & Sasuke straight up eviscerate that same monster, like it’s just another day at work for them lol.
