    Thank you for sharing. I suppose it was something wrong with me specifically. Because I feel a lot of pressure in pelvic flour area and around. Even in short rides. Now order a selle Italia Lady superflow women saddle with cut out. Will try it next week. Hope it helps.

      You also got the difference between a burning sensation and or pains in of needles sticking inside you lower back.
      The first is normal since you training and maybe even overtraining the lower back.
      The latter is NOT normal
