21:23 most of jins dad jokes i haven’t got a clue what they are 😭 but for the cow one, in korean the word for lawsuit is 소송 (so-song) , and the word for cow is 소(so). combined with song in english. so it is a 'cow song' (when a cow sings). these two syllables together make the Korean word lawsuit!

One thing to remember about Seokjin's dad jokes is they (most of the time) don't work in English, but they are insanely clever in Hangul and most of them he makes up himself on the spot. There was a great thread on twitter explaining a lot of them and once you see how his brain works you realise that he is very very highly intelligent to make those word plays like that so quickly.
