I think we know that our defensive thoughts and actions are often the reason for our unhappiness or hopelessness. Deciding to change them and give them up is the challenge. Every night since my grandfather passed away, I became a wiser stronger person. He taught me true happiness and responsibility. I become stronger everyday because of you. You were my hero, my role model. You even taught me how important it is to be together as a family. My dad wasn't a good person and was never in my life but, there not one single person that can beat my grandfather role. I can never forget the encouragement you had for me. I know 100 percent that I should've been your son! Now I represent you and I will forever!
I find it incredible that you are able to use the same song smoothly on a three-hour loop and not have it sound choppy or repetitive. Gotta respect that.

I always feel stressful and pain inside myself. But hearing this sound, its make me crying so much. Its kind help me to let go this heavy thing inside my head.
I’m a new parent, I’m listening at 2 am, rocking my fussy 2 month old to sleep, he is so peaceful now, even tho I feel like putting my head thru a wall when he doesn’t fall asleep or he’s fussy, this gives me such a calm feeling , I feel as if all of my worries slid off my shoulders, like I was carrying a mountain with straps attached, my mind is in so many dark places and my soul has been sifted like sand through troublesome events in my life , but it’s nights like this when I listen to calm , resonate songs I feel healed a little bit, like maybe I’ll keep picking up the pen to write another page in the book I call my life, it’s hard to be strong sometimes, but I do it because I know that I want my child to be happy, and live a life knowing that his dad did everything and sacrificed so much so that he would know that he was loved and valued, that he will know that he has purpose and his existence is the next story to continue this series we call life! I’m thankful for this video, it really opened up my mind… I’ll stop talking now

I don't know why, but since I was a little girl I have been fascinated with how beautiful the rain is and how relaxing it sounds. while everyone complained that they couldn't go out and play, I would sit on the floor and watch the water drops hit the ground. I would watch the plants become livelier as it would soak up the rain. I like cold and stormy nights, to fall asleep to. I guess it was my way of coping with my loneliness ❤ I hope you are okay, times get rough but we can't give up. I believe in you, goodnight
