I think we know that our defensive thoughts and actions are often the reason for our unhappiness or hopelessness. Deciding to change them and give them up is the challenge. It helps to remember that we can still aspire to become that beautiful version of one self and that this is not just a dream. I can only say that we all deserve this.

I don't know why, but since I was a little girl I have been fascinated with how beautiful the rain is and how relaxing it sounds. while everyone complained that they couldn't go out and play, I would sit on the floor and watch the water drops hit the ground. I would watch the plants become livelier as it would soak up the rain. I like cold and stormy nights, to fall asleep to. I guess it was my way of coping with my loneliness ❤

I’m a new parent, I’m listening at 2 am, rocking my fussy 2 month old to sleep, he is so peaceful now, even tho I feel like putting my head thru a wall when he doesn’t fall asleep or he’s fussy, this gives me such a calm feeling , I feel as if all of my worries slid off my shoulders, like I was carrying a mountain with straps attached, my mind is in so many dark places and my soul has been sifted like sand through troublesome events in my life , but it’s nights like this when I listen to calm , resonate songs I feel healed a little bit, like maybe I’ll keep picking up the pen to write another page in the book I call my life, it’s hard to be strong sometimes, but I do it because I know that I want my child to be happy, and live a life knowing that his dad did everything and sacrificed so much so that he would know that he was loved and valued, that he will know that he has purpose and his existence is the next story to continue this series we call life! I’m thankful for this video, it really opened up my mind… I’ll stop talking now

i got some frustration on study at school, this emotion piece made me so emontional. i feel no way to go due to the limitation of exam skills and self-control. All things happened unpridictable, i may be failure by no excuse. Lots students so great on sicence perception, for me? even worked double times than others still get bad marks. The visual image that goes with the sound is absolutely stunning,, and does not flick quickly from picture to picture,,, as others do,, just relax and you will slowly realise that the image your watching is moving, as you watch you actually would want to be there yourself,, For years I have struggled to sleep and have tried numerous methods, I struggle to switch off and have tried other sounds,, but this one worked for me,, I could actually feel my body relaxing and getting heavy the more I drifted off to sleep,,,, 😌😌😴😌😴😌
This one is a keeper for me.
